Horrible, customer service. I've called them repeatably for information and they say someone will get back to be within 24hrs and they don't. They don't confirm receiving fax (it's been seven weeks). long wait times and finally calls get dropped when waiting to speak to a representative. I strongly do not recommend working with this company.

Brutal experience. Been waiting for over 2 weeks for a cash value amount from a whole life policy that i've been paying for since 1987. I'need the amount to fill in a US income tax form. no response.Will never get my business or anyone I know again!

I have been dealing with this company for almost 50 years and have always found them to be fast, efficient and courteous. I have never had an instance when my problem or query wasn't resolved with one phone call.

BRENT BACKMAN who is a former employee of this company is a scam artist. He signed me up for insurance when I had never consented and charged me monthly. He is not well spoken, unprofessional, and should not be working with people in any capacity. He is very aggressive, rude, and a complete scammer. I eventually escalated my case to seniority and got my money back, and I have nothing bad to say about London Life as I continued to do business with them later and other employees have been very professional.DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH MR. BRENT BACKMAN FROM LONDON, ONTARIO. HE IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING.

I don't know about the company and their services, but story has it that this has been before voted the nicest lawn in Canada.

I have been trying to talk to some representative of London life company since 12: 20 pm today.It is now 1:10 pm. I am continuously left on hold. This a perfect example of very poor service. You do not have the right to take advantage of my time. .My time is every bit as valuable as yours. I also do not believe for one minute that you are experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. That so a scapegoat. It is just not true. I can lodge a formal complaint against your poor customer treatment. You have wasted my whole lunch period . I am so furious with your company and I am not willing to let this poor service go by. There is not excuse you .can use for what you have done.a Elizabeth DesRochs.
