I would recommend if you’re like me - wanting to try new and interesting flavours and appreciate good design and attention to detail. I go to places to savour the entire experience not just to fill belly. From the moment you enter in the greeting to the moment you leave, it’s a wholesome experience. Every dish had interesting flavours. I expected spice and I can say there’s something for every spice threshold. I can’t handle much and the choices we made were good and mild. Overall impressed with staff attentiveness and flavour combination. Scollop dish was fantastic. Would have loved to try something sweet.

One of my favourite restaurants in London. Incredible creative menu and flavours are perfect - only criticism would be that by small plates they really do mean small plates, but for the quality it’s worth it. Particularly enjoyed the dal, pol roti and aubergine dish. Cocktail menu is good too!

Highly recommended! Not sure how it is possible that this place have been here for a while, in plain sight and I only booked now! From food to drinks to the coolness factor, this restaurant has it all! My friend’s mezcal margaritas was really smooth, so much so that it could easily make my Top 3 margaritas served in London. Food is comforting with a modern twist. Atmosphere is perfect, great for dates or solo diner.

What a gem!! First off, the staff and friendly and fun. The space is really cool albeit tiny. We sat in the window and had a great lunch. The plates are smallish, but that means you can order 2-3/person and try a lot. We loved the pol pani and crudo as our starters. The monkfish, dal (with crispy kale on top!), cashew curry, egg hopper (wow), and ghee roti we’re all perfect. So flavorful and yum. We had the marshmallow and gelato dessert and I loved how spicy it was!! Would definitely come back for another meal.

The dish we ordered is a feast for the senses. One of the best dishes we ordered on the menu is the scallop crab curry. The curry sauce is flavorful and has a nice kick of spice. The dry-aged sirloin steak is served with a rich and flavorful curry made with jaffna spiced peanuts and wagyu bone marrow. The celeriac is fermented in lunu-miris, a traditional Sri Lankan spice blend, which gives it a unique and delicious flavor. This dish is sure to please even the most discerning palate.

Given all the amazing reviews, we had high expectations but we were sorely disappointed, for the most part by the terrible service and temperature of dishes. The devilled prawns were super hot/tasty and very, very spicy (yay!) but the tomatoes/onions within the dish were fridge cold, thus making the sauce cold too. The aubergine/jaggery dish was supposed to be room temperature but was also fridge cold. The £20 sirloin steak with curry was a tiny slab of overcooked cold/grey meat with a sweet sauce on the side. The roti was absolutely lovely/light/crisp and piping hot (finally!) as was the dry fried minced chicken but by this point we were so disappointed we left the rest of the food.Service had been attentive to start - overly so, rushing us to order 3-4 times, so we'd be in/out within the 80min timeslot. Once our order was taken we were totally ignored. The closest staff member (1-2 metres from us, behind the counter) saw the food arrive and it was clear we were having issues/were disappointed. He managed to avoid offering any assistance despite us trying to make eye contact/get his attention. Once we’d given up he removed the half full dishes without comment or concern. The couple next to us returned a couple of dishes and clearly didn’t enjoy the dishes they kept, leaving much of their food too. They recommended another Sri Lankan restaurant, not too far away, which we hope to try.The cocktails were nice but the rest was a very expensive mistake.

Paradise, known for its rotating Sri Lankan menu, boasts a range of exquisite dishes, including the irresistible Grilled Dry-Age Sirloin Steak" (£19.90). Paired with a Jaffna spiced peanut and wagyu bone-marrow curry

Outstanding Sri Lankan fare in a beautiful setting and with great service - highly recommend the purple yam and the crudo appetisers, the dahl, the scallops and the rice hopper. We didn’t love the dessert or the chickpea and cashew curry, though they are definitely good. Service was flawless and the decor is really intimate. Will definitely be back!

Food was okay but terrible value for money. Portion sizes were tiny, in particular the cashew and hazelnut “curry” was laughable with literally 2 tablespoons of curry on the plate for £10+Service was also poor with wait staff at times being unfriendly and cold. Would not recommend.
