I highly recommend Anthony for training and behaviour rehabilitation! My 1 yr 4 mos dog was initially very nervous and Anthony worked with my dog for 2 weeks then worked with my family (me, my husband, my 67yo mom and my 7yo niece) for another 2. He helped us understand our dog more and how to work with him. We listed a lot of issues our dog had and he demonstrated to us how to deal with each issue. My dog had challenges with kids and Anthony brought his kids over and introduced them to my dog while teaching us how to navigate that meeting. My dog is now more confident and friendly. My family also know how to deal with him since Anthony.taught all of us. He was very nonjudgmental as well—something I don’t see in most dog trainers. This to me separated him from all others and def the reason why I continued with him. It was easier for me to learn and work with my dog because Anthony was very reassuring. In terms of scheduling, Anthony was flexible—even offering some weekends. If I need to reschedule last minute, he was good about that as well. I feel so lucky because I randomly just found him via Google and took my chances because I badly needed help. Such a long review because I can’t recommend him enough… so worth it!! If you’re having any issues with your dog at all—if he’s aggressive or nervous… I would highly recommend getting Anthony as your dog’s behaviourist.Thank you so much, Anthony!!!!!! What an absolutely phenomenal company! The owners were so kind and accommodating on extremely short notice. Elizabeth was a super star dog sitter and our August was incredibly happy and well taken care of!!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a service like this!

Renee and her crew are amazing! They are so patient with our old boy who moves at a slower pace these days. The client portal makes booking and communicating so easy. Renee is very responsive to messages and any questions I may have. All the employees are lovely and clearly enjoy what they do. I’m not sure I’d trust anyone else with our fur baby!

Highly recommend Oakcrossing Dogsitters! They truly make me feel at ease that my puppy is cared for and happy! He loves his mid day walks while I’m at work and their after walk reports truly make my day! They send photos each day from the walk and let me know about his little adventure and about his potty breaks, which is so great especially for a puppy who has been working on being house trained. Their booking system is fantastic and quick and everything feels so smooth and efficient with them! Their complimentary meet and greet was lovely, and they are truly very detail oriented to your pets needs. Can’t say enough good things about Oakcrossing!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Renee and her amazing service! We hired Renee to be our pet wedding attendant for our big day as we wanted our dog Red to be apart of our day! Renee offered a free meet and greet first and her and Red instantly hit it off. Red is a rescue and is very nervous around new people and has some behavioural issues we have been working through. Renee was so claim, patient, and confident in her abilities and I had no worries that she was the perfect fit for Red! Her love for animals shines so bright and she asks all the right questions! Her flexibility and knowledge of dogs was so strong that we had no worries leaving her with our dog! She made our day so much more enjoyable as our fur baby could be apart of our day! A thousand times thank you Renee, you were so wonderful! Highly recommend! Ps. Red misses you!

After working in dog care for 5 years myself, I’m very selective about who I leave my dog with. It’s important to me that I know my dog is safe and in the hands of people who understand dogs and dog behaviour. During my intake with Oakcrossing they asked a lot of very important questions about my dog that I felt were paramount to ensuring his safety while he was in their care. Especially now that my dog is in his senior years, I want to feel confident in the people he is with. I’m so glad I found Oakcrossing Dog Sitters since moving to London. I trust them wholeheartedly with my dog and really appreciate their transparency and thoroughness. My dog always enjoys his visits and I come home to a tuckered out dog. Renee and her team have a thorough means of communication and you get a little report card after every visit letting you know how it went. As a bonus to my dogs adorable report card, they take really great photos of him. It’s nice to know he’s taken care of while I’m working and most importantly I know he is safe. Having an insured dog walker is a lot more important than people realize!! Renee and her team are insured. Very happy with the service and I know my dog is too.

I consistently used Oakcrossing Dogsitters’ services when I was traveling a lot and had to be away for long periods. They were fantastic with my little cat, came over and fed her, played with her, refilled her water bowl, cleaned her litter box. They often went above and beyond- washed her dishes after she ate, respected my home and left the place clean. I especially loved getting daily photos and a little “report card” of what they did. They are reliable, responsive, and respectful! Highly recommend to anyone looking for pet sitters!

Renee and her crew (special thanks to Jazzmine and Eva) have been absolutely fantastic with baby Theo.Theo is a rescue so she is a nervous girl sometimes and they are literally dog whisperers. She is automatically comfortable with them. It's amazing and it fills our hearts.We will continue to book with Oakcrossing any time we need a dog walker or sitter & recommend them to our friends and family. We are so happy we found you guys.
