Ordered at the counter for take out. French fries were cold. Stale hamburger bun. Staff (3 of them) had 0 customer service skills.

Slow as molasses. House flys and fruit flys everywhere. I waited 20 minutes for a big mac. They gave me 2 ketchup packets and when I asked for more they made a big deal like it was cutting into there bonuses. A man just wants ketchup with his fries.

I am not the type to knit pick customer service but the female employee working front counter today needs improvement. I’ve never walked up as a paying customer and had a staff member just stare at me unimpressed. She claimed I couldn’t order something because the machine was being cleaned... I saw no one cleaning it. Hair nets should be worn and aren’t at this location.

I've been to many McDonald's over the years.Never before have I stood there waiting for nearly 20 minutes for 3 cheese burgers and a large fries.I thought this was supposed to be FAST food?I'm late for work now because of you.

Just had to wait through a rush of people on Christmas Eve. All the staff were doing their best and getting orders out asap.That didn't stop some cranky old dude from complaining about the service and saying that the kitchen was in disgusting shape (it wasn't). Of course he still ordered anyways, so it can't have been too bad. Takes a special person to try and tear down low wage service workers on Christmas Eve.Anyways, felt like the staff needed a good review to offset his awful attitude. I appreciate you guys working as hard as you do on Christmas Eve, even if other people don't.

The food was delivered fast and accurately, however, there is a severe lack of care taken at the drink fountain counter. Ice clogged, ketchup everywhere, and the tap spouts looked rather gross.Straws weren't restocked which tells me this isn't looked after half as often as it should be. Am employee came by, cleared the ice clog and ignored the rest of the gross mess.

Awful service, stood un line for 15 min, they ate obviously under staffed .. just for them to tell me they don't honor the coupons!!!! I also didn't care for the amount of times they touched their face, hair and other things while dealing with food.. and not even an apology.. just rushed me to the next. So glad I never come here

I like this McDonald’s inside Walmart. They have two self-order kiosks where you can place your order, in addition to a cashier at the front. So far, our visits here have been good. The workers are friendly and busily prepare your order so you get them within a short period of time. The food and beverages have been good, both in taste & temperature. The beverage station is outside so it’s easy to refill your beverages. They have a huge dining area and there are several electric outlets for your electronic devices, if you choose to linger while waiting for your shopper or just to recharge your phone. The only thing I dislike is that it’s sometimes hard to find a clean table.
