N.A. Hemorrhoids Centre-Calgary

Had to visit this clinic to consult my wife's condition and for several treatments. Dr. Gene Ng and Ellen were absolutely amazing. They were caring and took their time to fully explain patient's concerns. They treated patients with respect and we could explain why these endless people visit this place. Thanks a lot, Dr. Ng and Ellen!

SCAMI visited this clinic over a year ago and I am still suffering from pain.Ellen and staff are extremely unprofessional. This is not somewhere you want to get medical treatment!!! They are ONLY after your money. DO NOT VISIT!!All the 5 star reviews are fake.. I’m sure they will take this down as soon as they can

Dr. Gene, Assistant Paul and Receptionist Ellan are humble, polite and compassionate individuals. They approach their diagnoses and treatment of hemorrhoidal issues with complete professionalism and always apologetic if discomfort occurs during treatment. They are just excellent at what they do and I recommend this clinic to anyone suffering from hemorrhoids. Thank You Dr. Gene, Paul and Ellan

My review is going to be a bit lengthy because I am very pleased with my experience with N.A Hemorrhoids Centre. Unfortunately, google only provided 5 starts. I would rate them as 7 or 8 out of 5 if I could.From the time I called Ellen, who not only fit me in quickly, but also tried her best to accommodate me. Dr. Gene is very knowledgeable and efficient. They started the treatment right away and the follow up was amazing.I would like to thank Paul, Ellen and Dr. Gene for making an unpleasant procedure easy and pleasant. Very professional team and they know what they are doing.As to the value of price paid, I must admit, their pricing is very reasonable compared to the effort and work they do.I highly recommend N.A Hemorrhoids Centre to everyone. In short, I am very pleased with what N.A Hemorrhoids Centre had to offer and as much as I don't miss my hemorrhoids and the pain associated, I will miss Ellen, Paul and Dr. Gene. Maybe I will drop by from time to time to say hello :) Thank you very much.

They truly are experts at what they do. My situation was one of the worst cases they have ever seen, and I have made a promising recovering ever since I signed up with this clinic. The amount of attention and focus displayed towards my recovery is excellent.My word of advise for people with regards to hemorrhoid's, fissures, or complications is; seek the right professional help! The cost is negligible considering you will work with experts who have a lot of experience in this particular field. At N.A Hemorrhoids you are in the right hands.I am glad I found N.A Hemorrhoids during my tough times, they truly know what to do... and because of this my standard of living has increased dramatically.

I started my treatment early this year. In just a few weeks, I saw great results. I used to apply anusol once in a while to keep hemorrhoids under control. I haven't used it since I received treatment at this clinic. Unlike some temporary relief measures/medication, the effect of this treatment seems to last. All the clinic staff are super friendly and professional, which made the entire treatment process a pleasant experience I highly recommend this clinic if hemorrhoids are affecting your life quality.

My mother had been suffering from painful internal hemorrhoids that would flare up throughout the year and cause immense pain, discomfort, and incredibly detrimental to quality of life. Conventional hemorrhoid medications were not cutting it, and visits to the family GP / even ER would come out with the same results - the hemorrhoids were not worth treating.We found out about this clinic and their treatment modalities through local Chinese newspaper, and reading these reviews etc. helped us decide to book an initial checkup with Dr. Gene Ng and team at the clinic.Dr. Gene and team were very professional, courteous, and patient in doing diagnosis, explaining treatment option(s), discussing cost of treatment, and helped us navigate through the treatment journey. They factored into the fact we were out of town as well, and helped tailor a treatment plan. My mother had a procedure done ~ 1 year ago, and ever since her painful hemorrhoid experiences have been resolved (as far as can seen at this point.) We are grateful and satsified with our experiences with the clinic, Dr Gene, Ellen and other team members as well.I would recommend this clinic and their services if you are looking for treatment options for hemorrhoids that are outside conventional measures (especially if they have not yielded good results thus far), with a focus on effective naturopathic, also TCM directed treatments.
