Mark at visions always provides excellent customer service. I have purchased my last 3 TVs from him and leave happy every time. In a time where customer service is few and far between it’s nice to find someone knowledgeable and trust worthy to deal with. I would recommend this Visions location to anyone.

I would highly advise anyone to go to another Visions location. This store has over promised. Mike, a sales associate had sold me camera in the beginning of January and stated, the camera would be coming in two to 4 weeks"

I just want to say thank you to Mark Konn (sales manager) . he is absolutely fantastic for doing a great customer service a big thumbs up for him I am highly recommended him to all other client out there he's great. He help me a lot purchasing the stuff that I need and give me a reasonable discount as well. Good Staff and has positive attitude.

Went in store today to checkout a deal on the Samsung Frame TV, which we have been eyeing for ages. Darpan provided excellent help with purchasing and reserving our new TV. He clearly communicated the warranty options and process without being pushy, giving me time to decide if we want to add it later when we pick up the TV. Overall a very easy and satisfying sales experience - I will definitely come back in store for future electronics needs. Thank you Darpan!

Adam Lee was the most amazing sales person! He took over an hour to help our daughter but a new sound system, came to her car listened to what she had, and gave us 100% of his attention! Definitely the best service we've had in a long time.
