SOIA & KYO

Dont buy items from SOIA & KYO as christmas presents. The 14 day return/exchange policy makes it impossible for a giftee to make any changes. Nor will they make any reasonable exceptions (exchange, return at the current ticketed price, store credit etc.) I do try and support local brands but sadly SOIA & KYO have made it clear that they aren't willing to support their customers.

I called this store location to get some help with sizing. The person that I spoke to, Rhea, was extremely helpful. She fielded all my questions with so much kindness. Took pictures of some of the coats in the store so that I could get an idea of what they looked like in person. If I am in the area, I will make a point of shopping here. The service is spectacular!

This review is a little late! But Anne was an amazing sales associate. It was my first visit to the store and she did a great job explaining the product to me. I hope you know that you have an excellent associate at your location. She was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We need more associates like this in all stores.

Love the boutique style shopping. I just picked up my new jacket I really have to say I love it. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by a very warm smile and great customer service by Nadine, she was very attentive and professional every step of the way she was extremely accommodating and helpful. The indepth knowledge she had about the jackets made my decision very easy...Thanks so much Nadine I am a very happy customer.

Do not buy from this company! They have a ridiculous return policy! If it doesn’t fit or something is wrong you are out of luck! I bought a coat as a gift and it didn’t fit. I was one day outside the 2 week return window and they rejected it. In this day and age at these prices I don’t know how they compete. Avoid this business!

Vanessa at the Eaton Centre location is amazing. She went above and beyond, helping me through a video call at first (this is during pandemic lockdown) and then at the store itself, during pick-up, giving me ideas for other products that might be better for me. She even called me, after I had ordered a coat that wasn't in stock, to make sure I had received it. She is a true asset.

The customer service here is fantastic. Due to the lockdown, I wasn't able to shop in store, but I also didn't have a permanent address to send the jacket to but I called the shop itself to place an order. Vanessa helped me throughout the entire process and made it so easy and seamless. Great service, great products, will definitely buy from them again. Thank you!

I love the fact that Soia & Kyo has a location at the Eaton Centre. So I was so excited that I would be able to purchase a new winter coat from here. Then the pandemic made in store purchases impossible. So I went for it and ordered online which is not my comfort zone. I got a coat that I loved but it was too big and when I contacted Vanessa at the EC location she was very helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations. She was able to find another coat that was more suitable to my style and fit. When it was all said and done, I walked away with first class service and that will definitely bring me back to make more purchases. Please take note competitive companies - this one knows more than a thing or two about customer service.Thank you and see you again soon!

What a gorgeous place! The product is not only beautiful but also well made AND Canadian! Doesn't get better than that... oh wait... yes it does! The service (thank you lovely Vanessa!) was exemplary! She knew the product really well and helped me zero in on exactly the right coat providing me with useful and honest advice. Cannot recommend this place highly enough... we need more stars to give this lovely gem of a place and a special congratulations on their excellent staff!
