Seems like skid steers breaking down is a common theme in these reviews. I know someone else in person who had similar issues.Delivery of the equipment is efficient. Prices are reasonable....however;when the skid steer breaks down on the weekend rental, they do not offer any sort of credit/partial refund. Instead, they tell you the equipment was used somewhat, so no refund is owed. They do not value client's project completion and their time, and clearly not worried about customer retention. I have my own business and I would not treat my clients this way.

Rented a skid loader on the second morning noticed the engine oil was a bit low. Run the machine about 1/2 hour and noticed engine oil was dripping out fairly quick. Shut it off (no damage) and called to notify them and have it picked up. I was charged for a full day rent only used 1/2 day. Never rent from this place again.

I will give credit where credit is due - the service was good as far as picking up and dropping off the equipment; however, where they failed is quoting the rental.I spoke with two different employees and was told two different prices (Employee #1 (Josh) advised $80 total for a weekend package rate) (Employee #2 (Natalie) advised $65).When I reviewed my MC Statement, I was charged a completely different and higher price. I was also NOT provided with a receipt.When I called to speak to the manager, he advised it was a difference of $10 and no one fights over $10 (when in fact it was a difference of $30). He advised their prices are public, and I should have been able to figure it out myself! He advised they are on the phone all day trying to quote equipment. If his employees do not know his price list, then they should not be working there! Or, they should advise people to go to the website and check their rates!The issue is principle! TWO EMPLOYEES GAVE A QUOTE! THEY SHOULD HONOUR THEIR QUOTES!!

TWO horrible experiences. They have great equipment, but the staff either lack heavy training or coordination.I'm a contractor, and two times I reserved equipment and when I arrived in the morning, it was the wrong equipment.Absolutely ruined my job, my profit and ridiculous amount of stress.Would HIGHLY recommend professionals to rent elsewhere
