The place has a great look and friendly staff. Unfortunately I was given a receiver for Christmas and the receiver I received did not work well. The speakers would buzz constantly making it unbearable under a certain volume. I traded the receiver for a new one at the shop and the speakers only work on the right side. Also the volume know only works sporadically. Buyer beware

Drove 20 kms each way to look at some guitars and they were closed. Even though their posted hours showed they should have been open, both in Google Maps and on their door.Not a good way to run a business...

Went to this pawn shop today to see about pawning something, the man behind the counter was very rude and very unhappy working there, as I was trying to get him to smile and he announced he wasn't paid enough to smile. I feel that people working in retail at the counter should be friendly at least. We walked out and went to City pawn brokers a block away and we were treated with respect and was greeted with a smile and kindness.Will never go to Luxury again, and I will be spreading the word of the lack of respect from front counter employee.

Great store. Great owner. Knows what he's selling and is very helpful. I got a good deal on a laptop here. I left the store under my budget and had a better laptop than I expected. Great prices and a range of items for different price points. Quality used items.

The first item i bought here was a NES (Nintendo Entertainment System)on December 19th 2018,It had the common blinking light issue they had replaced it with no questions asked when I came in the next day.I highly recommend this place to any retro console collectors out there,they always have been very good at what they do.
