Zans is a great family owned restaurant to dine in at. The food is ALWAYS consistent and delicious. The staff are super friendly. If you want some great Borscht this is the place to come.

Food is about as good as it gets, really love the breakfast options especially the omlettes. Is crazy busy over lunch hour but the thing I love best about this place are the prices. Full size breakfasts for $8 to $10 and they also have a kids menu.

Everything on the menu is such a good price. You can basically have a nice meal and a pop or coffee for around $10. I hear the breakfasts are really popular but never tried one myself yet!

Husband and I visited the restaurant for breakfast, I had the farmer breakfast and he had the chicken parmesan. Prices are amazing! Farmers breakfast has 3 eggs, 5-6 bacon or sausage, hashbrowns and 3 slices of toast for only $9! Food was delicious and prepared quickly. Great friendly service! Covid protocols are in place and I felt safe. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Best place away form home to get home made breakfast. The food is as good as it gets. Very good service. The prices are really good. The only reason for a 4 star rating is that the place is dated.

The borscht was sooo good yummy. We had a great lunch what a meal. The service was outstanding thanks ladies . Mushroom swiss burger was huge and Soo good. I had a ruban the meat was prefect great sour kraut it was made prefect. Thanks for the great meal
