Graig from Red Isle is definitely one of the nicest guy I have dealt with. Always responded to my questions quickly, and knowledge in making recommendations to my needs. Since I wanted a deck with a stone patio besides it, David, Craig’s brother, from Blue Isle managed that part of the job. Red Isle is also a premium installer from Trex, therefore they also provided an extended warranty on installing. They also have a very skillful crew with all kinds of tools which finished installation quickly. Red Isle is excellent but they are not cheap, I guess you do pay for what you get... excellent responsive service, quick and professional installation, comprehensive services with together with David for stone work, and their father for landscaping. Our family is looking forward to the summer so we can enjoy the new deck and patio.

Out of three quotes, we chose Red Isle. They were the only ones that asked about what did and didn't work with our existing deck. Craig examined the existing substructure, noted the good and bad and made recommendations for improvement. Only then did color and style come into play. The other quotes focused on color of deck and even suggested using existing foundation without even looking at the deck frame. (which was sitting directly on the soil and had settled in one corner causing stair issues). From start to finish, his team was professional, patient in answering my many questions and had great attention to detail. Quality of material and workmanship was above the norm.....am extremely happy with my deck!! Well worth the $$

When looking for a contractor to transform our backyard we asked for multiple quotes from multiple contractors. Craig from Red Isle showed up on time, was very thorough in discussing ideas and various designs, was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. He really stood out amongst the competition and it was for these reasons we chose Red Isle over everyone else. His crew was very professional and their work is done quickly with a high degree of attention to detail and professionalism. We had a deck expansion, full front yard and back yard landscape, fence installed and a privacy screen.His pricing was very good and we could not be happier with Craig and the whole Isle group of companies. If you are looking to transform your yard and don't want to deal with the hassle of a contractor who is not top tier, then i strongly recommend going with Craig and Red Isle Contracting. When I was shopping around for a contractor to build my composite deck, Red Isle was by far the quickest to respond. They were able to efficiently fit our schedule and completed the project in a few short days. They were extremely polite and professional and left us feeling at ease. Needed to hire a contractor for a deck job at my house. After talking with Red Isle I was told it was too small of a job for them to be interested in. Hopefully when times are tough, their attitude changes towards working with paying customers.Ironically this small job was going to get them more work with installing a deck and building a fence for a rental property I own. I didn't get around to mentioning this part before I was told the job was too small, which is good because it seems as if they're in it for a quick buck and not quality professionalism and customer service. Personally when I spend +$10 000 on something, I want just that.

Craig, Demitri and the crew at Red Isle did a fantastic job. They kept us very informed throughout the process and went above and beyond with the little things. The attention to detail was second to none even in the areas you don’t see. Our deck looks fantastic and we get tons of comments on it.

Red Isle installed a Trex deck and a fence for our property. Craig and his team were super professional throughout the whole process. They completed the deck in two days. They also completed the fence in two days. I was so impressed and relieved because we had a difficult neighbour to deal with. Highly recommended and will use again.

We had a great experience working with Craig, Demetri and the rest of the Red Isle crew.We approached three contractors to get quotes on building a pergola in our back yard. One quoted over the phone a price that was three times what Red Isle quoted. The second said, “we’ll get back to you,” but didn’t.Craig was responsive and prompt in all our communications leading up to signing a contract. He came up with a plan that would meet our needs and was willing to go back and forth until we got it right.Red Isle handled all of the necessary permits, and that took the burden off us.The crew was fast, efficient, professional and tidy.
