One of my favourite smoothie places I've ever been to :D mango Smoothies taste great, prices are good and the people who work there are really nice! The owner who works there is one of the nicest people I've interacted with. he always has a smile on his face when she serves you and it makes my day. Also they have ice cream

Mother's Day tomorrow, tonight I am staying in the mall for a while, and I ordered a cup of milk tea, that name is original black milk tea, it‘s taste great! And the stuffs here are very warm and polite. Their production process is clean and hygienic. Big orange will be my first choice of drink store！

Further adding on to the reply you’ve made, I ordered and already paid for the protein in the Oreo shake and after payment went through we were told it can’t be done. To which I asked them why it can’t be added in the blender while making the Oreo shake and they said it would be too sweet and I said I was okay with it. Then another employee from the side interrupted the employee who agreed and rudely told me we can’t do it it’s just the rule and I asked if it can be just added into the glass and I’ll stir and mix it. She said a clear no which doesn’t make sense to me. It was put in my watermelon shake when I asked them to put it becuase I already paid for it. They didn’t come up with that solution. So I don’t think you’ve got the story right. And I’ve worked in fast food before and I understand difficult customers but in this case I was the one embarrassed and treated badly by your employee. And I have the right to complaint, it is shocking that you made that comment even though clearly you didn’t have the story correct. Instead of coming up with an apology for the horrible customer service. Just sad.Comment part 2: Sir/Ma’am with all due respect. It isn’t about being a diy drink station or making different recipes altogether it is about making minor adjustments to accommodate your customers request. Even if it is an unusual request like you’re trying to tell me. Also, even if it cannot be accommodated maybe proactively suggesting an alternate option instead of being outright rude about it and saying that’s the rule and that’s all. Or even just saying “sorry” it can’t be done. That is the least that can be expected. Instead of having an attitude when a request is made. I hope I can get my point across. It is the unapologetic attitude that can be frustrating. Thank you! Also, the person taking my was lovely and the person making my drink wasn’t bad at all. It however is absolutely unacceptable how rude and unapologetic the third employee was who constantly almost had the urge to step in and answer on behalf of the other ones.Anyway thanks!

I asked for tapioca but they forgot to charge me for it. They then made me go back to pay a second time for the tapioca when they should have just given it to me for free since it was their mistake.The employees don’t wash their hands - one of the girls wiped their runny nose while making drinks.

This is easily the best fresh fruit/bubble tea shop in town. Amazing staff, service, and owners. Highly recommended.

Awesome! Definitely the best juice/bubble tea place, Great selection of smoothies, bubble teas and slushies at very reasonable price. This place gets a lot of customers, so don't be surprised if there is a little line up. The drinks are definitely worth it and the service is always excellent!

I bought a cup of smooth this afternoon. Smooth is so delicious! And the girls serving there today were so cute! I don't know why some of the comments here are so malicious... I'd say Big orange is definitely the right drink for you in London!

The service was the best. I got mango today. The taste is so wonderful and wonderful, I love it, and it is the best. I was looking forward to tasting all of them because my friends told me about their great experiences.

Great and really bright fruity place which is a nice substitute to the other smoothie places.
