I did a bike fitting with Jeff Dodds before our trip last week to Prince Edward County where we did a number of long rides. What a difference the bike fit made! The changes Jeff made to the set up helped me ride much more comfortably and efficiently for many hours along those beautiful country roads. Jeff clearly knows his stuff and really takes the time to work with you to get it right. I highly recommend a bike fit for anyone starting to get into cycling seriously.

Wow! Jeff and the staff at Stittsville are outstanding in service and road cycling knowledge! We come to this location for all of our cycling needs (about an hour away), from winter trainers to shoes to bike fitting, there is nowhere better! I can’t say enough about our positive experiences each time.

I had an excellent Bike Fit at the Stittsville store several weeks ago with Jeff for my new Trek Domane (also purchased here). He spent over an hour with me and explained all the adjustments. Went out on my inaugral ride on the new bike today and stopped at the store afterward to buy a couple of items. Jeff was there and helped out right away with a couple of minor adjustments and the bike fit feels pretty good. Thanks for your service!

I did a bike fitting with Jeff Dodds for my road bike before a long, multi-day charity ride. Jeff's expertise is obvious, but he's also very warm, welcoming and enthusiastic to share his love of cycling. The whole experience was great and I'd recommend it without hesitation.I'm amazed at how a few adjustments (made with the benefit of expert-level know-how) have made a world of difference in terms of my comfort and endurance on the bike. Absolutely worth it, recommending to all my friends/family.

Great customer service. Purchased a bike and bike trailer. They unboxed the trailer and put everything together for me so I could just hop on and ride off. Had issue with the trailer so went back a week later and they replaced the wheel no questions asked. Highly recommend shopping with them!My only wish is that they would carry bike shorts in larger sizes.

I've ordered a bike from the website but the item was not available and my order got cancelled. The store manager offered an option to buy a better bike with the same price. It was a excellent experience and greatly surprised by the high standards of their services.

We went here today to purchase a new bike for myMother - an avid biker who enjoys the trans Canada trail here in stittsville / kanata.The last Rayline ( I for sure spelled this incorrectly ) was wonderful! She took her for a test drive, made sure she had a helmet and sold her the perfect accessories to go along with it.When we returned later that day to pickup ( standard for them, they do a PDI ) we brought our little puppy. They were super kind to both, gave him a snack and treated him really kindly.The bike comes with very good warranty and included adjustments.Good location, very clean and super friendly staff.

A few locations across the city, all are good. Recent visit to Stittsville location was great. Super nice service, the staff are amazing, all of them. Bike prepared and tuned while I waited (less than 30 minutes). Huge inventory. Highly recommend a visit.
