Victoria Butterfly Gardens

Victoria butterfly gardens was very interactive and with a lot of beautiful butterflies flying all around you! The place is kind of small but great experience! They have turtles, parrots, fish as well!

Just an amazing experience for those interested in butterflies or a warm humid place to have a stroll during the colder months. There's always something incredible to see with all the animals fluttering around. Birds, tortoises and fish are just a few of the things you'll see besides the namesake butterflies.

This place was fabulous.They had a bug exhibit before you see the Butterfly Gardens. Quite neat.The Gardens themselves were amazing. Lots of butterflies. Even a few birds, some fish and turtles in the ponds and a dart frog exhibit.Mr. E, one of the parrots, even toured the gardens on my arm!Such a wonderful experience!

What an amazing place! We had such a wonderful time. The butterfly’s were beautiful but they were only part of the magic. There were several tortoises, koi, frogs, parrots and Mango the flamingo! Well worth the price of admission and the staff was so friendly!

Always magical.. like a mini tropical vacation. We have an annual pass because the kids love it so much. There's parrots and a flamingo, tons of tortoises and turtles and even an iguana plus hundreds of butterflies it's magickal. Be prepared to wear layers as it's super humid and you'll want to be taking layers off as you go.

It is an excellent bug/butterfly garden where you will enjoy watching different varieties of butterflies at different stages of their development. Kids would definitely love seeing varieties of butterflies, how they bloom from their cocoons, how they feed on honey and a lot more. There are some birds, river fishes, turtles and tortoises too in this indoor garden. It is a engineered ecosystem that mimics tropical climate due to which the garden is indoors. It wouldn't take more than 45mins-1hour to walk around and see the entire garden.Leading to the garden is a small corridor that displays multiple species of living bugs and ants.The one species that amazed me most is the stick bug.

I really enjoyed it. They have many species of butterflies plus birds, tortoises, frogs, 2 iguanas, koi fish and an abundance of plants from around the world in the main gardens area. They also an area to observe insects like ants and stick bugs. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was relaxing atmosphere while an opportunity to learn. Will want to go again when I have the opportunity.
