Most nasty and uneducated staff I have ever met. 1 person tells you one thing and you go back and you get a different result with the next staff member. Needed something picked up with a delivery card and signed it over to give someone else authorization who had drivers license ID which is clearly printed on the delivery card as an option. When they got there they were refused and had to leave without my mail. Guess they make their own rules or fell asleep during training! From now on they can keep my mail as long as it is sent to this location at Rexall drugstore.

Signage inside and hours online says they're open until 8:00. Staff leaves before 7:50.

Although most of the staff are friendly there are some that prove they do not want to work; let alone work there. It is unfortunate that they are often NOT OPEN when they ARE SCHEDULED to be according to their POSTED hours.

Don’t ever use the post office here! They don’t care about your important packages!
