Thank you Sean,For the excellent appointment today, to try on my new Orthotics.The new laser imprinting seems to have scanned my feet in depth and they fit like a glove. I am keeping my shoes on all day to get used to the feel of new orthotics. They new material feels so light and I seem to have better foot movement when I go up and down stairs, and now pedaling my bike.I have been coming to you at BioPed for 24 years and I am profoundly grateful that you have continued to provide me with the best care for flat feet ( and other issues of course). Kelly, thank you for all the support from the front office: for socks, hose, and the cotton night socks which I still use to keep my toes relaxed and straight overnight. They really do work!Thank you BOTH for all the safe details you have put in place for protection against any Covid germs. I felt safe and well attended to today.

Phenomenal service - both Kelly and Shawn are excellent and very helpful: patient, kind, and knowledgeable. It was also very quick to schedule me in for both my initial appointment and follow-up appointment.It's rare to get this kind of service anywhere and I'll be recommending Bio Ped, this location particularly, to friends and family who experience any foot pain.My orthotics feel great and I am excited to get back to exercising regularly.

I went to BioPed with a running type injury. Within ten minutes Shaun had pinpointed the specific muscles that were causing me pain and could see from old running shoes what my issues were. He was excellent and very knowledgeable about all of the connectors in my foot/leg muscles and tendons. I got my new orthotics within a week and am really enjoying the extra support. Kelly was also great and helped me pick out compression socks that fit my needs. Looking forward to using them on a regular basis and recovering my injury! Thank you to you both!

Got a gait analysis and custom orthotics from Sean, he was amazing to work with. The gait analysis was done quickly during my lunch. I picked them up and did the fit in 10 minutes. He was amazing. The new store is beautiful. Highly recommend Bioped

Best orthotics care I have received!I saw Shawn, we talked about my feet. After receiving them, they needed adjustments a couple of times. Shawn was super helpful, tells me to come back until we have them right. The orthotics have made a huge difference for me. Would totally recommend!

Thanks for the professional care and advise that has really helped my knee while waiting for surgery. The choice of brace is working well and I have my confidence back to keep walking and enjoying life!Ted

I'm not great with names but the gentleman I saw first is very knowledgeable and helpful. The other guy seemed tired, I think he just wanted to go home as my appointment was right at the end of their open hours. This is my first time getting orthotics and I had no knowledge of the process, price, or how the insurance plays into it. I was surprised by the price tag and not prepared for that so we had to reschedule a pickup date. I assumed they would fill me in and they assumed I already knew. So I suppose it was a communication issue on both sides. Either way, I have my custom orthotics now and the gentleman gave me some recommended stretches and other recommendations for my issue and even a diagnosis I didn't know I had (mortons syndrome). Overall very happy with my experience here aside from the communication issue.The orthotics did more harm than good for my tondonosis and tenosynovitis. I no longer use them and I feel much better. Ended up being a waste of time and money.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been to other specialists but BioPed is the best of them all.The foot insert worked really well and as Shaun had suggested also solved other knee and lower back problems which I did not realize were related.I strongly recommend anyone who plays sports, especially soccer or tennis, to consult them for any foot related pain.

Amazing service and quality product. Worth every dollar! Ive gotten my hockey skates and just regular shoes custom fitted. Love the team and my feet are forever grateful!

I have been with Bioped Westgate for 5 years now, since 2014. I’m very happy with their services. Stuart helped me with my custom made orthotics and Shawn helped me with my custom made compression socks. Excellent service, good quality materials. Honestly they helped me save my job from all the legs pains I had! Also the receptionist, Kelly is a wonderful & knowledgeable employee.
