the food was decent but our bill was $24 and we put a 20, a 5, a loonie and a bunch of change yet the waitress stood there for about 30 seconds not saying anything while clearly counting the money as if we didn’t leave a tip at all. not to mention, the service was nothing to write home about as all she did was bring us tea and our food and the bill

Food was really good and authentic. Service was good and they gave us free malayisian tea at the end. At first I was unsure of the place because they had 3-4 different menus which confused me on what to get. If it were all in one menu then it would be much better. We got the shrimp laksa which was spicy but really flavorful, wonton soup, kung poh chicken and malaysian fried rice. The kung poh chicken looks mean and spicy but it actually isnt at all.

We ordered 5 dishes: lobster curry, malaysian beef curry, veggies, indonesian fried rice, and a noodle dish. The lobster was the first to come out and it was very obvious that they took out some of our lobster as the claws weren’t there and so that left each of us (4 ppl) to have 2 pieces of lobster each. When we told our server, she became defensive and started telling us that some lobsters don’t have claws. But she showed us the lobster before bringing it to the kitchen and the thing had claws. Then we finished the lobster and was waiting for the nan that comes with it and we asked twice and by the time it came out, the curry was cold. Then we waited again for another 20 minutes for the rest of our food in which the servers had to keep confirming what it was that we were waiting for. Then they ran out of the one noodle dish we ordered so the server offered ti give another one for us for free (also because of the missing lobster) as well as free dessert. So we finally got everything and asked for our bill. Nothing was taken off our bill. They charged us for the noodles and extra nan ($6) which we did not order because it comes with the curry dishes. When we told the server she again became defensive and said she took it off. In which we replied so what are these charges? She was able to take the noodles off but then said she can’t do anything about the nan…. Which makes no sense?¿ The experience we had was awful. It ruined my moms entire night and mine as well. We will not be returning.

Bad service, and they accept cash only cuz the machine not working ! Bring cash , otherwise drive to withdraw money to pay the bill! Won’t back again !Food same as the food court !

Got a chestnut birthday cake for my dad and it looked really nice. It tasted okay nothing special. But one thing is that they don’t list prices in the shelf so basically you have to ask them for the price, and they could potentially name any price they want...this cost $25...which seemed expensive compared to other Chinese bakeries

A standard Hong Kong style bakery, great value for buns and baked goods, excellent Cantonese egg tarts, self serve items are individually wrapped, a busy and clean shop.

Came here for lunch during a weekday, and I have to say it was busier than expected despite it being late (2pm)! The food at their attached restaurant is very, very good. I especially liked the laksa my dad got, but the Hainanese Chicken I got was also very good! Boneless, steamy hot, and not dry at all ... That's the best kind of chicken you can get (and you get a lot!). Just wish they had more choices for their lunch combos. The service was very good even though it was busy. Beware that spaces between tables can get very cramped and parking here is always a nightmare.

Love their black forest cake coated with chocolate shavings and layers of chocolate sponge cake, whipped cream, cherries, and grape jello inside. Best part is that it's not too sweet and it's topped with so much fruits too! This bakery located inside New Kennedy Square is one of my go-to spots for cake!

I like these traditional stuff and their durian eggtarts. They are always fresh, the lady is always smile and give us some discount if we bought 6 items. I will be back to try the pork gloss cake.
