I have been a member of this kickboxing gym for several years now, and I am absolutely in love with it! The trainers are knowledgeable, experienced, and incredibly motivating. They push me to be my best, and I have seen incredible results in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness.The facilities are top-notch, with a wide variety of equipment and plenty of space to work out. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful.One of the things I love most about this gym is the sense of community. The other members are friendly and supportive, and I have made some great friends here. There is a real sense of camaraderie, and we all push each other to achieve our goals.Overall, I cannot recommend this kickboxing gym highly enough. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, you will find everything you need here to achieve your fitness goals. Five stars!

Je mentraine chez eux depuis maintenant 2 ans. En plus d'avoir les entraîneurs qualifiés et des coéquipiers motivés, j'ai appris à avoir confiance en moi et en mes capacités. Les exercices sont varies et nous formons une véritable communauté. En plus, je vois les résultats . Fini les gyms pour moi !

Les cours sont amusant et vigorifiant. Je me suis inscrit pour me remettre en forme et pour apprendre à me défendre et je suis très satisfait. Les profs ainsi que les élèves sont joviales et chaleureux.

I’ve been training at Patenaude Martial Arts since 2005 with a break for a few years in between and there is no place like it. The classes are intense and fun and the instructors are very knowledgeable and personable. I have trained at several of their schools and each one is equally fun, intense and exciting and you’re always made to feel welcomed and part of a close knit group. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into fantastic shape and learn an efficient and effective self defence system. And have fun doing it!!

It's a bit hard to find but it offers great prices for the workouts, I personally​ go there on Tuesdays and Saturdays for the Sanshou Kickboxing but theres plenty of other types of workouts possible

École de Kung-fu et MMA du secteur Aylmer. Instructeur très qualifié, entrainement fantastique. Tu aimerais te remettre en forme et apprendre une discipline d'art martial en même temps, cette école est la réponse. J'ai inscrit toute ma famille. Vous devriez venir essayer!

Great school , we a friendly ambiance. Has great teachers for students at all level. From fitness to learning skillsets about fighting the schools offers it. I highly recommend it!
