I had the fired up chicken sandwich today, it was nothing like the picture on the poster. No onion rings, 3 or 4 pieces of jalapeno, the burger was the same height and weight as my friend's junior hamburger. Yes, I enjoyed the flavour but for a chicken sandwich that costs $8.19 alone/over $10 in a combo, plus tax, the sandwich should have looked more like the one in the poster. This is one of the very few times I haven't left a very positive review.

Oh Wendy's, what have you done to yourself? I used to really enjoy going to Wendy's, it was a real treat. I recently ate there after being absent for a few years and I was severely disappointed with how far the food quality has fallen. I ordered the baconator, I was served a burger with thin patties overcooked until they were dry and tasteless. The bun literally was squashed as flat as possible, any thinner and it would have been a wrap. The fries were overcooked with grease and salt being the only flavor. I wasn't expecting gourmet food, after all, it is fast food, but Wendy's used to at least look and taste nice. I won't be returning. Not only was I left unfulfilled and disappointed, I felt sad for the disappearance of what used to be a good quality burger franchise. When a supermarket frozen entre tastes better, you know the quality has fallen too low.

You wants a feed? Then get a Spicy Chicken Combo (I do no tomato but suit yourself) with fries for the side and Barq's Root Beer for the drink. Get yourself a side of cheese sauces for dipping the fries, and if you're really treating yourself, get a side of Chili Cheese Nachos (with the chili on them so the nachos get soggy by the time you get home - if you haven't gathered by now, I'm talking about a take out order) and a Spicy Chicken snack wrap with Ranch dressing. That's the BMW Rolls Royce fancy car of take out food meals. Now I'm hungry again.

The most disgusting customer service by Juan, “the manager”. If he truly is the manager, then Wendy’s needs a serious overhaul of their customer service and problem solving processes.Juan, the person who decided to talk very abrupt to me in front of my mother and niece, proceeded to argue that we didn’t place our orders right on, over the drive thru. We asked for 2 cokes with our meals and a separate frosty. According to Juan this was not the case. After arguing with us for at least 2 minutes I said “can you give us the coke or? I’ve worked in fast food for years and it’s not our fault it wasn’t rang in” and then he said “well if you don’t pay for it you don’t get it” like ????? Sorry JUAN BUT we asked for the coke out of frustration since you arguably say we didn’t order it correctly. I asked for the receipt and said I would be contacting the manager and he said “I am the manager”. He didn’t have a name tag on and so I asked him his name. he have me the name Juan so I assume it’s Juan. Me and my mother will never be tricked with Wendy’s coupons to go there ever again. This was our first time in 10 years and it will be another 10 before I go back!
