Galaxy Tailor

Terrible way of managing a business. Treating customers terribly and will talk over you the entire time when you try to reason with her. I tried taking my pants back from her before she did any work on them and she forcibly kept them.

Brought in a grey zip up hoody to get the zipper replaced. Sure she replaced the zipper and did a good sewing job, except that she used blue thread and now I have 2 distinct blue lines running up my hoody. Not sure why she didn’t use grey or black.I now have a work hoody I guess.I probably won’t come back. I’ll give someone else a shot next time.

Had them do a dress previously, seemed like decent work but expensive. Went in a year later with another dress in my hands, the man looked at the dress and told me “go somewhere else” not even a hello or anything else. neither of them even made eye contact with me or my daughter. I said “oh ok then” turning around to leave..She stayed back on to me speaking something to him in her language, he told me “google another place and go there, too busy.” So we left. Pretty bad service. Luckily I found a new tailor in town who is very kind, efficient and works with your budget :) KS tailor is way better!!! galaxy lost a customer and will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Curtain panels were poorly done. Pillow covers were poorly done the corners were different. She repeatedly states that everything is hard even separate from this order I asked to have a zipper replaced on a kids jacket and she said it was too hard and that it was not worth it. For the basics I think she can do the job but not for larger items. Her pricing is also very high in comparison with others in the area.

Ruined my dress for my daughters wedding, took it up too much then she gets mad at me saying she never makes mistakes...told me to buy different shoes and then still charged me. Only deals in cash...hmmmm don't go there and support this lady...terrible

Quality job and quick! Not to mention great prices. I procrastinate with everything and brought my bridesmaid dress in 3 weeks before, and she got it done quicker than I thought it would be.

Fast and can't beat the price. Hassle free hemming. Cash only, so be prepared!

I've had 2 pairs of pants that 3 other tailor shops said couldnt be brought in and altered because of the style and types of seams... Sue at galaxy managed to do them and make them look Great! it cost a little extra but they did them and did them well. ive had these pants for almost 10 years. they still look like they did from new . I'd take future clothing here for repairs/alterations. very happy with the service.

Dropped off 3 pairs of pants today to get hemmed and taken in. Since I brought a sample pair of the leg length and style it made it very easy for Sue to do. She told me Thursday for pick up but actually called me back the same day. Very impressed with this as a first time customer and the price as well. Most importantly, the work was amazingly done. My husband is one happy guy. Thank you

Very kind and responsible people.They work so fast. Came here to fix my super baggy work pants to slim fit at October 28th and gotta call from them at October 30th. I am very satisfied by their work.
