Clover Properties provides an excellent turn-key RTO experience for the real estate investor. They select quality tenant buyers and coach able to purchase the property from the investor at the end of the 3 or 4 year period. Their model balances the interests of the tenant-buyer and the investor better than some others and I've had a great experience so far (I'm almost at the end of year 2 of my 3-year RTO).

If I could give this company less than one star I would. Took them three months to get me my early closing penalty paperwork and dragged their feet to prevent me from purchasing my house.Neil is useless.10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Stay away
