Eastman Manufacturing Inc. - Heat Treating Equipment
Sent in an item they manufactured for repair, got a bill for over $500 over which the item was held hostage (wouldn't take credit card and wouldn't ship until a cheque cleared). When we finally received the item back, it had some minor damage to the body and the mechanical functions were not repaired (worse then when it was sent in!). Very poor experience.
