I decided to start Tai Chi because I heard it had great health benefits, both mentally and physically. I am so glad I found this school. The instructors are professional, knowledgeable, and great teachers. They have a very diverse schedule with lots of classes offered at a variety of times. I am hooked and have recommended it to all of my friends and family. May and Sifu are fantastic.

I was thinking of taking Tai Chi to improve health, and was so glad to find this school. The teachers are amazing and professional. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone interested in learning Tai Chi.

I love this school and its members. The instructors are genuine, and dedicated to teach at whatever level you are at and want to get to, all the way from beginner level to international competition. The instructors lead by example and are very knowledgeable and the members are committed. A great place to learn, to relax but also to grow as a person and in Tai Chi/ QiGong.
