Macleod Trail Plastic Surgery

Dr Byers is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. He fixed the carpal tunnel in both my hands in 2019. I haven't had any problems since then thanks to him. He recently fixed my ulnar nerve and just 2 weeks out of surgery I already have some feeling back in my ring finger. I highly recommend Dr Byers. I would definitely go back to him again.

I am 100% disappointed,What the meaning if you are open Clinic but not able to understand the patient problems and issues and shows arrogance once I call for follow-up.My doctor referral to this clinic almost a Year and half ago for surgery of my left hand, I am following for almost year now, but no response received yet and no date when to proceed.I am surprised to hear the response and thinking, what type of Clinc and doctors are if you are not able to understand the problem of your patient even if they follow-up almost every month. are you waiting if problem worse and person become handicapped then take action?We are paying lot of taxes to Canadian Government for nothing and poor services, very disappointed to think I am a Canadian Citizen, very bad, Pathetic and full of mental torture, 1 and half year passed, I am continuing to carry on with problem almost day to day of my life but no one listening and understanding that's the actual reality of this clinic and failure of Canadian government to put us on these kinds of situations.They must revise the policy's so that Government should/must impose some penalty to these clinics if they are not able to provide service in specific time frame our hard-earned money (TAX's) must not completely wasted or have better justification and People of Canada must not get into this situation again and again..!

I saw the nurse here (as I assume that’s custom for a consult before being able to see the surgeon) however she told me I wasn’t a good candidate for chin liposuction. This was despite the fact I’ve tried belkyra 3 times without reaching the desired result. I went to another plastic surgeon (just as highly rated) and he immediately disagreed with the nurse at this office. He said I’m an ideal candidate for chin liposuction and it would have been best to do from the start as belkyra would never achieve the results I wanted. I did end up getting some Botox done at McLeod but overall I wouldn’t return. It’s just as pricey and you aren’t even seeing a doctor / surgeon .. you’re paying those top prices to see a nurse(no offence) I just would prefer to pay top dollar for the highest trained person. Disappointed I was turned away for a procedure but it all worked out as I just had the procedure done at another office and am ecstatic with my results. No clue why she turned me down, but i won’t be a returning client.

I had a dermaplaning facial by Marlee the week of my wedding and thanks to her my skin was in its best shape for my big day. My makeup artist was blown away by how smooth and hydrated the facial left my skin, even days later. Marlee is super kind and educational. I’ll definitely be seeing her again!

I had the best experience with Dr Bryers as my plastic surgeon,his staff are also fantastic always friendly and are willing to help in any way they can.He was the best surgeon I have ever had. He is a very talented and highly qualified surgeon. He has amazing bedside manor. He does not make you feel like you are not important he takes the time you need when you see him. I can't say enough about Dr Bryers.Thank you very much for making me feel important.

I had a facial with Marlee and she knowledgeable and professional. She explained the steps she was taking and the products she was using on my face and the benefits of each item. It was a great experience and I can't wait to come back!

Marlee does an exceptional customized facial and is extremely knowledgeable in her skills. She has a soothing touch and is very methodical in her approach to skincare. She puts your needs first and comes up with a helpful plan to improve your skin. I love getting dermaplaning as an add on and the jelly masks are a must! I never found I had overly problematic skin, but can confidently say I’ve seen big improvements with Marlee’s recommended regime with Vivier (my FAVE!)Marlee is the best and such a talented esthetician.

I see Marlee for regular custom facials and I’m always so happy with the results! She is so knowledgeable and always suggests the best treatments or products based on the concerns I am having. I always leave with skin feeling fresh, hydrated, and better than ever!Marlee is also so lovely to chat with during my appointment and makes me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!
