Only negative they are so good they are so very busy. Expect them to take a week or more in summer for a repair. I understand they are only shop in sourhern bc qualified to repair older ammonia? fridges.

Very busy and hard to get hold of but awesome service and quality work. I am on my second fridge cooling unit now!

These guys really know their stuff. If you need a refurbished RV fridge, talk to them. Even though they are very busy, they took the time to answer my questions and work within my timeline.

Terrible customer service and does not pay his bills. Have been chasing him since July and he will not return phone calls. Beware!! If someone does not pay his bills that speaks to his character

Hi Steve,I dropped off a fridge for a warranty repair at the start of June 2020. We have chatted on the phone five times and every time you reassured me the fridge will be ready in a couple of weeks. It's now January 2021, seven months later, and your phone number now appears to be out of service. I hope you are OK and your business has survived theses difficult times. Original call was very informative. Seems very knowledgable on all RV fridge cooling systems. Asks and answers any questions pertaining to problem with cooling. I am calling him back to set up appointment. Our fifth wheel is not 3 years old yet and fridge crapped out June 30. If you have a nor cold or domestic fridge start saving for your repair date.

Beware - Will not honor warrantyI wrote the below letter Jan. 12,2021 and sent to their home and business.No returned correspondence or call.Dear Steve and Jeannie,After several unsuccessful attempts to get through to your business voice mail, I dropped my fridge off at your Enderby shop November 7th located at 608 Railway St, Enderby, BC V0E 1V0.I dropped the fridge off the same place I did when I first took my fridge to your shop back in 2017 (at your back door). I left a note with my contact information, warranty card and an explanation of the challenge I was experiencing along with a request to give me a call. I also talked to the older gentlemen in the shop letting him know the fridge was there.After a few weeks without hearing from you I tried calling again and was happy to be able to leave a message and have left several messages since. I do live off-grid and not in a cell area, but messages can always be left on my voice mail. As a back-up, I also had my girlfriend Donna call to leave a message with her contact information.I sincerely hope that you are safe and healthy. In these uncertain times, I can understand if you’ve had to put your business on hold. If that however is the case, a quick call to let me know would be appreciated so we can make alternate arrangements to get my fridge fixed or replaced. I’m sure you can understand that it is not easy to live without a fridge, even during the winter months.
