The Razor's Strop

Last month I got a cut and I still love it, it has so much shape and shows off my curly hair nicely. She showed me how to style my curls and it has been going great! I love Stacey's work on Facebook and she has a great personality. She is easy to talk to but also offers a silent experience... Normally I'd choose silence but she is just so easy to talk to and relatable!Today I went for a colour, and she knew how to ask the right questions to know exactly what I want. While I was sitting letting the color rest, I had a little rest too and she GAVE ME CHOCOLATE and offered water. WOW.Stacey is 100% worth any wait I've ever had.After my appointment she showed me my hair and I could hardly believe it's mine. She styled it beautifully, and reduced my need for maintenance. Thank you ❤️ my hair was PURPLE BOXED DYE BEFORE THIS.

This was my first time at the Razor’s strip! I had JR who was simply phenomenal... love his attention to detail and the final product...That aside, I love the way they’ve adapted to the post Covid era! I was screened for Covid symptoms before my haircut and he maneuvered around my mask really nicely! Overall felt very safe and very happy with the final product! Highly recommend!!

This is my second time there since moving to Timmins. Tony trimmed my beard exceptionally well, and in record time. And the price is one tenth what it used to cost in Ottawa. This will be my go-to barber shop and I can’t recommend the place highly enough.

I must admit, I am a little biased. I have been coming to Tony for my haircut/styling needs for so many years I cannot recall when I started. I left Timmins over 40 years ago, but I do return to my hometown once or twice per year and I always make a point of dropping by The Razor's Strop. Tony's style sense and skills with scissors and trimmers are outstanding, and my hair and beard never look better than when he has worked his magic. Wrap that up with a warm smile, a perpetually gregarious demeanour and reasonable prices and you will always be pleased with the outcome. Thank you Sir!

Friendly enviroment, very clean even before this pandemic, the staff does an amazing job and always looking out for the customers needs, before the pandemic they had books to read and coffee for the customers along with water available. Will update once covid-19 is killed off.

Great spot. They were able to fit me in next day and were very polite. They managed to cut my hair exactly the way I wanted which is nice for a change. There aren't many options for parking but other than that good place for a cut.

Buyer beware as prices change with each visit; ask before having anything cut/styled!A simple beard/hair trim cost me (no visit longer or more labor intensive than the last either) 10 dollars the first time, 20 the second, and most recently, 27 dollars! Why?It's like a convenience store that doesn't put prices on its product, so it can charge what it wants at the counter :/

Very expensive, haorcuts are fine. Hours say open til 6, two days in a row I go a little after 5:30 because I work until then, and they either refuse to work or they're already closed. Get the hours straightened out. This is pathetic service

JR and the crew did my hair and my son in record time. Clean cut and ready to go in 35 min. Looking like a pair of handsome Devils
