Masson Appliance Sales

My washing machine needed fixing, called and they were here in around an hour and got it all up and running again for a very reasonable price. All on a Saturday !!! I won’t hesitate to use them again.

There was a service request put in last week and still haven't received any details or follow up about the order... I've been playing phone tag with someone at Masson Appliances, but, everything I try call their number- it's forwarded to another number and the voice-mail picks up but doesn't allow me to leave a message... very poorly coordinated and very poor organization, one star from me!!!

Masson helps with right to fix - love this!! I bought a used 1990’s clothes washer from Masson. A switch died but Masson had the replacement part. Easy fix. My ceramic stove top broke and no new replacement parts are available but Masson had the part.They keep parts in circulation and out of landfills, help fight planned obsolescence, and so far have had the parts I need for reasonable prices when the new dealers won’t deal.

Had them come to look at my fridge because it wasn't getting cold, they came and discovered it was pretty much frozen, and they couldn't get into look at it, so they directed me to unplug it and let it thaw out and they would tell me out much it would cost to fix when they got back to the office. They didn't call back that day but the next day they said the parts to fix it were discontinued and we'd have to get a new fridge.How would they know what part would need to be replaced if they hadn't looked at the fridge? Very weary of their diagnosis: ended up replacing the defrost sensor myself, and so far it seems to be working.Since writing this review the company has been calling my wife and emailing her to remove The review.

Had the part I was looking for... eventually. When I first walked in the guy who greeted me seemed like he had no idea about the part, after I had called prior to coming down (having the part placed on hold till I arrived). Took about 20 mins to finally get the part. Would have given a higher star rating had it not felt like pulling teeth.

I have been working with Masson Appliance's for 2 years and have found them to have great customer service, extremely fair pricing and in-depth industry knowledge; when the job is tricky, I often see them going the extra mile to ensure it is done correctly. I would highly recommend Masson's for all your appliance needs!

We had an issue with our electric stove ,They did an amazing job .... So i would say i am happy with their service ... Also I must say their receptionist does great interactions with customers .. Overall 5 stars for them

We paid $350.00 for a used washer.4 maths later it wouldn’t perform the spin cycle.No warranty at this point. We called Masson to have it fixed.They came out,charged us $50.00 for the call out...a week later; and we haven’t heard from them.

Very helpful staff. After purchasing 5 new appliances 11 years ago from Home depot, and having them all have issues after a year to two,we decided enough. New appliances come with 1 year warranty unless you pay extra for longer and if you buy here, it's a fraction of the cost with a year warranty. The refrigerator we purchased was delivered and we had them remove our huge double door refrigerator. The delivery was done very carefully and they came exactly when they said they would come.
