Loved eating here on the patio it was the perfect temperature with the heaters they had! Portions were big and filling. Absolutely loved the nachos and vegan ceasar salad and that they served plant based options! Service was great, but the food was outstanding! Will definitely be back!

I ate here on Monday, July 3rd, the Canada Day holiday, in the evening. Unfortunately there was only 1 wait staff working and the poor girl was running around like crazy. Our drinks took a very long time to come, and then they were wrong (extra agave instead of no agave) and we had to send it back. The people seated next to us got soup that was cold and when the staff took it back to heat it up it never came back to them. They just requested to have it taken off their bill. After a long wait for our food, it was also given to us cold. The grain patty was so tepid that it was debatable as to whether or not it had even been cooked. We ended up just paying for our drinks and leaving seeing as the people next to us never got their food back after they sent it to be warmed up. The waitress was incredibly apologetic and explained they were very understaffed. We truly had no problem with the service and the drinks were very good, but the management and staffing was atrocious. Considering that there are many options there are for dining out in the area, cold food is just not acceptable.

For one of the smaller Fresh locations, they’ve made good use of their patio throughout the winter months with a cozy vibe and overhead heating. The new menu items are great like the Radiant Caesar.

Today was certainly our final visit to this restaurant. We had our dinner there at least 10 times in the past 1,5 years. Each time our experience was worse than the previous one. The restaurant's current state is absolutely horrendous. Sloppiness is everywhere! The kitchen looks filthy - I don't know why they make the filth so visible. We were literally worried about seeing a mouse when having our dinner today.

Fresh offers an extensive menu with a plethora of vegan options, ranging from appetizers to entrees to desserts. I tried the lentil soup, the vegan burger, and the chocolate cake, and all of them were delicious. The lentil soup was hearty and full of flavor, the vegan burger was juicy and packed with veggies, and the chocolate cake was rich and decadent.Overall, I highly recommend Fresh to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying vegan meal. Went here on Monday of the long weekend. They were open but grossly understaffed. Felt really bad for the server. Food was good, but really slow. We thought we were forgotten and had to ask repeatedly to be served. Great spot and good vibes. Nice near the park!
