After having the oysters and their fried spicy broccoli I think you cant go wrong with anything on their menu. Just exceptional.

Awesome happy hour in a relaxed cozy environment with friendly staff that will make you feel at home. The happy hour offers were limited but good! The calamari was tender and delicious! Service was solid!

We came for oysters during happy hours but the deep fried food (i.e. calamari, chicken wings) is also good. I love their craft beers too.

Incredible happy hour joint. Had drinks and some oysters & beers. Extremely warm service and vibes in general. Will be back for sure.Edit:My brother dropped his phone through the deck. We met the owner who went above and beyond to help us to retrieve the phone. We even ended up staying for dinner which was incredible. Jambalaya, mussels and carfish which were all excellent.

Pros: happy oysters are 100% worth it! Great location, friendly staff, overall good vibe whether you’re eating on the patio or inside. The other food is also good - I like the catfish and chips and the broccoli.Cons: the mains are pretty salty. I wouldn’t come here for the mains alone but I come for the oysters and enjoy the mains and appetizers enough.

Had an amazing experience at Chewies. They accommodated a table of 20+ people on short notice on a sunny Saturday evening. Staff were awesome and the owner even came out to offer us some complimentary tequila. Food and drinks were delicious, 100% would recommend and I will be back. Oysters were awesome with a great selection as well.

I had such a lovely time here! Corey who was shucking oysters was super helpful and nice and fun. The whole staff were killer and the drinks were well balanced and fairly priced. When I come back to Vancouver I'll be back for sure :)

I had a great experience here! We came here for happy hour for oysters. $2 for regular oysters and $3 for premium. We got 2 dozens of oysters, the poutine and calamari. The service was also great! Highly recommend.

We hosted my daughter's first birthday at their Kits location and it was amazing!! The staff are super friendly. This is a restaurant owned by a lovely husband and wife (Jamie and Mel) who I had the pleasure of coordinating this event with Mel also offers decor/ ballon arch packages that you can coordinate with her for special events. The attention to detail Mel provided was incredible. I would highly recommend either one of the chewies locations for your next special event.
