CIBC Branch with ATM

Straight up worst cibc, slow, slow, slow, & understaffed. I get banking takes time, but I've never seen more then 2 tellers. Always a line over 2 or 3 ppl, which will take easy 25-30 min to get to you. Ppl always coming off lunch at the busiest times. HIRE MORE PPL CIBC

I want to thank Lydia and Tu for working hard and getting me the PLC I wanted. They truly were fantastic and patient with me and made sure I got the product I wanted without pushing me into something I didn't want. I am very thankful to Juan Cariaga a financial advisor who works at this branch. Two years ago I came to him in debt and with horrible credit score, over the last two years Juan has helped me turn my life around he sat down with me and told me what I had to hear. Extremly rude and insensitive behavior by Teller and advisor. No sort of professionalism and qulaifications in terms of customer competency and integrity.I went to change my SIN number, instead they were not sure whether SIN number can be updated in account. For God sake if you dont have proper information accept the fact. After running through advisor and manager, they agreed to change.Asking me questions even after my application suspiciously. I would give Minus five rating if option available.Zero credibility of that WAnna BeE service advisor trying to show off his 20 years of experience which comes to none when trying to figure simple update for SIN number.I would urge all Asian community members to avoid this branch offering rude, racial discrimination and offensive responsibe tone not to be tolerated.CIBC .... please hire qualified individuals, No wonder what thoughts I had inspite of checking reviews went IN....

The longest wait time I have ever encountered in my life. Been in line for 28 minutes now ! ONE teller working at 1:45 pm ! Terrible terrible branch. And that one teller takes an average of 20 minutes per customer apparently. Absolutely would not recommend if you have any value for your time.

Showed up at 4:03 for my 4:00 appointment. Was looking to add 2 more accounts (despite the horrible service I have recieved continuously for 11 years.)I was never approached by Staff while I sat, waiting. The times I stood up to approach people to inform them I was there for an appointment, 3 times, 3 different people just flat out walked away from me.I think this is the last straw. I run a business doing over $400,000 in revenue and need a bank I can rely on. I scheduled my entire weeks schedule around this appointment and all to be ignored like I was a waste of their time.I have no words to truly express the inconvenience this has caused me and my utter level of disappointment.0 stars. 1 is being too generous.
