The staff are lethargic and the tims inside terminal 3 ground floor does not accept tim's rewards or carry any breakfast wraps.

What does one expect of a location outside of baggage claim.Very messy counters. Employees not friendly and tries to rush you while ordering.Donuts good as always. Recommend the Honey Cruellers.

Bad customer service, Lady had less steeped tea and said thats all I have and didnt give me full cup, then added water in the same cup to make it full. Pathetic

Cashier was ok but the lady preparing the food was rude and unhygienic. She was touching everything and then the food with the same gloves. Would not even hand people their orders, just dropped them on the counter. 7:45 am July 7.

Rude staff, awful burnt food, dry food, waited 25 minutes, forgotten order, was skipped with 5 people behind us getting their two orders first while we were being patient. No one was doing their job and just standing around staring at us. Only restocking but not making the order. Don’t try asking them questions they won’t answer you nicely just move on from this place.

It's a decent tim hortons inside this airport. The only thing that is annoying is they dont have the breakfast special and some of the menu here is not the complete menu it's a small tim hortons for a busy place. According to a worker I talked to in here its open 24 hours a day this tim hortons inside the airport

I went to this Tim Horton’s and it is always a pleasant experience but this one made me really upset with the Tim Horton’s name.Firstly the server that I had was quite rude(rolling her eyes and had an impolite manner). Once I finished ordering, part of it came but, they forgot half of my order and never asked if I wanted a receipt. And the last thing was I paid for 15 Tim bits (yes, the price was added) and only got 10. Tim’s is always a safe bet on food but today they screwed up the service really badly and gave me a bad experience.

Well we found a Timmy's inside the Toronto airport on our way to Vancouver. It's been a couple years ahead of Timmy so it was very good. Although being in a food court of a airport, things are limited. Only have choice of three sandwiches, some donuts, one soup, one chili. But we were able to get a couple Timmy and a couple of donuts.
