I was worried about all the bad reviews, but stuck in Calgary for the day and needed to fix my truck. It was weird picking through a pile of a part I needed to find the right one. But I did, price was good, no complaints!

Complete waste of time. I called in advance to make sure they had what I needed, they said they did. I get there only to have the helpful one say they're probably out back somewhere but I'll ask the expert. I assume the expert was the owner who would barely acknowledge I was there. End result I went elsewhere and wont be returning. Not sure how some businesses stay around.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I don't know where to start with these guys, extremely unprofessional, arrogant and no sense of service what so ever. I called to ask if they had a certain part and was asked to come and see for myself so I did.They didn't have what I needed but told the same part from a different make will fit so I asked which make, and the response was ohh I don't you'll have find out yourself. Ask if it was legal to a different make would be legal (it's a safety component) and again adv they don't care about that but it'll work.

I will never go to this place again! If I could leave zero stars, I would. Gone there twice and both time i needed very simple parts, before I'm done explaining what i need, they just say they dont have it. Very rude costumer service. If you want your day ruined, go there. Needed a battery cover one time. First they said they didn't have it then they sent me to go look for it myself. They had hundreds of battery covers. I can't believe this place is still in business. Save your time go somewhere else!

It's alright place depending what you looking for. Prices are good and bad depending what you looking for. Guys on front very helpful. Don't count on Warranty

Waste of your time. Business hours are too short . In summer like sunny weather they close at 5p.m. People in office are unwilling to help. Flipping shoulders. Nothing useful in stock. Very expensive too. May as well go to dealer for parts . At least they are brand new and under warranty. You don’t want to pay too much for old rusty parts that are sitting outside in rain for long time.
