This office does not return back calls, emails or even letters. I don't know who's running the show but someone who is getting paid 6 times the average Canadian annual salary is clearly milking their community.

They helped me with providing some detailed information regarding some immigration issues even though they only reply once in a month but compared to Bill Blair and his staff who was totally useless, the staff at this MP office was much better especially Juan.
