Came here to do a market focus group. Parking is ample, plenty of street parking available. Staff is very professional, however the waiting area is a tad smallish.

Sophisticated facilities. Highly recommend for businesses looking for a space to host market research. My clients and I were quite comfortable here - just make sure you pay for enough parking ... parking patrol very vigilant around here.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Long story short. I was contacted. Agreed to a research group that wouldve paid 750 for myself and 3 friends to split for 2 hours of research. I was waiting for a return call to confirm details. Never recieved call so called back myself. Was told I didnt answer voicemail then found out the representative was calling the wrong number. How do you call a wrong number when you were the one to call me in the first place. Ridiculous excuse.

Love coming here. The have a variety of groups every month. Not that you'll be selected for many, but when you are it can be a lot of fun.
