WORST place to buy ever, the lady start being angry the minute that we enter the store and after i asked the sale lady she jumped on the conversation by saying nonono we don't have this one" and by saying that definitely she doesn't like me and don't like my attitude of being my self

I often go to your beautiful store and I always have France to help me and she has great taste and suggestions for what i need for my Young ones. She has a wonderful smile and is very effencient. I often send membres of my family and friends To have France serve them.Thank you France.

I have buy several times at the store: good prices and variety. Despite one not so good experience, my suggestion was heard and I was able to solve the situation. They have an approach to improve the quality of service ! I'll come soon.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE! I would have rate them 0 stars if I could. The boutique in Laval needs new staff - EVERYONE there has an attitude problem and should not be working with the public!!The clothes are cute but the quality isnt great at all for the high price tags.

Very bad shopping experience. The quality of the clothes is very poor, the quality doesn't match with the price. And it has a very unreasonable policy for return. Never buy clothes here again!

Arguably the worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order online, the order was confirmed, I threw out the gift card. I was then informed that an item is not available. I advised that I no longer have the gift card used to make the purchase and a new one would need to be issued.I spoke to a manager from head office who stated, I do not care and I have already wasted 5-minutes of my time." He then proceeded to hang-up the phone."
