I took my DMV at One Stop- North and all the registry staff were so welcoming and kind. My Instructor gave me instructions ahead of time which was so good of him. This is one of my best registries in Red Deer.

Romeo was a great examiner! He made sure to engage in a calming tone and had great conversations with me. I believe he could sense I was very nervous. It was my second try, however, I had troubles with speed. I currently am not familiar with the whole city, and he gave me great points on what I can improve on. Overall, he states my driving was good. I’ll make sure to familiarize more with the roads and the speed limits, other than that, it was a wonderful experience! I recommend Romeo, excellent service!!

For once I had a good experience here. The woman that I dealt with was friendly and although the useless plastic barriers are still up, it was easy to understand her. We talked about her new baby and how the ticket police call themselves peace officers and are just there to bring in revenue and don't really keep the peace at all.

I did 2 road tests here. After learning from the first test I did my second test with a different instructor. Romeo was amazing and kept me calm during the exam. Loved the high five after a good parallel park. The ladies at the front were all very kind and it really helped so I wasn’t anxious going into the exam. Thank you to all at One Stop North!!

My son took his road test here after a fail at another place. Romeo was amazing and so much nicer than the other place. He could see he was nervous and helped him to relax and made him laugh a bit before going. Much better experience at One Stop. Thanks Romeo.

Amazing staff, when I did my road test the man who did my test was awesome very helpful and guided me wonderfully through out the test. Could help but let my nervousness go. I will recommend one stop north to all my friends, coworkers and family. Had an amazing experience will be coming here to register my vehicle.
