Box Your Move is a company that has a unique and refreshing approach to residential moves - so much so in fact, my recent February move was the first 'stress free' experience I've ever had with relocation. It's not unheard of for challenges to arise during a move... and the team at Box Your Move really went out of their way to deliver solutions! Everything from plastic boxes on loan for 30 days, to having mats to lay down to protect flooring/carpeting - even came equipped with a shovel to clear a path through my patio to get my overstuffed couches on the truck - simply awesome!While I chose this company based off their model for reducing carbon footprints by offering plastic boxes, I highly recommend this company for their outstanding approach to satisfying client need! While working to get an estimate, Sonya was very cordial and helpful in getting the best value for my limited budget and was kindly able to help me find a solution when my move in date was delayed by 24 hours. Their movers are by far the most prompt, friendly, polite, efficient and mindful of cargo and property I have ever seen! It's clear they cared about my situation, and take a great deal of pride in representing the Box Your Move name.If you are moving residentialy, or even are faced with a business relocation, I would absolutely recommend Box Your Move above and beyond any other company in Ottawa. Nick and the entire team really go to great lengths to make the experience go as smooth and positively as possible. I will definitely continue to recommend Box Your Move to everyone, and though it won't be for a long while, look forward to working with their company again!

My recent move with Box Your Move was great from start to finish. This move marks the second time I have used their services and I've recommended them to several friends. In fact, I heard about them initially because a friend of mine was so happy with them. From this, I can tell that my experience is not unique and they are leaving a trail of happy customers in their wake. My movers were prompt, very friendly & courteous, and were able to deal with all my furniture (even my big pull out couch). My apartment has two awkward sets of stairs and they were able to make the job seem small - and everything was done with a smile! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to use their services again.

The reviews look good but how do we contact them?

My wife and I used Box Your Move as our moving company on July 11th, 2013. We had never used a moving company before, and I was a little leery about the whole process. The lady who answered the phone was able to answer all my questions (and I had a number of them!) in great detail, and was very helpful. There was even an issue with my delivery date with the boxes, and they were very easy to work with (I had to have a very specific time that didn’t fit within their 2-hour window). The men who did the move were very professional and polite, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone I know who needs a moving company in the future.Thanks, Barry
