Ottawa Flyer Force
The Ottawa Flyer force staff are totally unreliable. I seldom get any flyers before 10:30 to 11:00 PM on Friday's. That's if I get them at all. I have called and voiced this to distribution manager,, Another waste of time. We are all paying for this at the store level.. They pay to get the flyers printed and delivered in hopes we , the consumer , choose their business to shop. Where do they go if they don't get delivered to potential customers???? It is nice to be able to make an informed decision where to shop... I do hope someone of authority reads this and acts on it in a positive manner... A H

Horrible place AVOID AT ANY COST management does not know what happen in front of him flyers always delivered late if not thrown in the garbage to avoid having to deal with them always find excuse to treat thier employees like they are some piece of junk

I have contacted the company, through their online form, for problem with delivery and I have not heard back. I want a stop to the delivery of flyers to my residence as I find it wasteful. additionally, during COVID-19 I DO NOT want unwanted newspaper stuff left on my porch.Terrible customer service.

are you now down to BI-MONTHLY delivery of the flyers?...it does not make ANY sense to start faltering on your service WHEN YOU SHOULD KNOW BY NOW folks are budgeting left, right AND center due to INFLATION RATES..do it RIGHT, or DON'T do it AT ALL...(coming from someone who does not go on-line for much at all)

I haven't had any deliveries for some time now and It's not the first time. Last time I had to file a complaint with Post Media, the parent company and delivery resumed. i will do so again and, as well, send a form letter to all the stores that I patronize and inform them that they are loosing business and wasting their money with Flyer Force. Pathetic service. (You might consider the first three 5 star reviews as irrelevant posts designed to raise the actual level of satisfaction with Flyer Force. (forklift operator?)

For last 2 weeks I have not been getting my flyers delivered despite many phone calls and emails flyers are still not delivered and i am not informed what is the issue of not delivery of weekly flyer by Flyer force.
