Starnails Boutique

Love my nails from Starnails. My first set lasted me over a month with no chips or lifting and my job involves some real nail abuse. They have achieved both looks I wanted and I’m very happy with how they turned out.Thanks again the awesome couple that run their boutique.

Did an absolutely amazing job and removing and fixing a set I had done at another local location that was dreadful!!! Quick but precise work!!!

Amazing I go and get my nails done every 2 weeks I know you can go every three or so but I like going every 2 they are wonderful always fo a great job and exactly what I ask for!

I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. I asked for coffin acrylic nails and got a set that was lifted off my actual nail. They didn’t push back nor cut the cuticles. No 2 nails are the same shape and or length. I showed up to my appointment for the scheduled time and they were constantly leaving to help other customers which is really unsanitary especially with covid 19 going on. Because of this we were there for longer than 3 hours. They started to get behind In appointments so they rushed and practically left me to figure things out on my own. Overall just disappointed.

I got a set of acrylic nails. They didn’t prep my nails in any way, such as removing my cuticles or filing my nails. I also had three different people work on them at different stages of my appointment . They got acrylic and nail glue all over my hands which was uncomfortable. I also sat there for about 20-30 minutes waiting for them to come back and work on my nails while they tended to other clients who came in AFTER me. When they finally came back to work on my nails they rushed and were being very rough on my fingers. The design I asked for looks very different from what I got. The lines are uneven and the colour isn’t solid. I was also there for around 3 hours, after my nails were done they told me to wait outside, I sat there for probably 30 mins and waited for them to finish other people’s appointments so I could pay. Over all my set of acrylic nails weren’t worth the time and the money.. just disappointed

I used to recommend this place to others, but now unfortunately I don’t think I will. Hadn’t gotten my nails done in a few years and decided to treat myself before a concert.None of my nails are the same shape or the shape I asked for and a few are crooked or tilted upwards. I’m very unhappy with them & don’t think I will be returning.

Great staff and reasonable prices! They do great pedicures and I have always loved my manicures as well. The gentleman in particular does a great job. My go to spot and I have brought others here who have fell in love with it too.

Best place, have never been disappointed ! After many bad experiences elsewhere, these are the only people I trust to do my nails
