I ship all the time at rexall great staff always polite and friendly.every package I send or receive is in great quality. The only unfortunate part of this store is the location. Over entitled people who think the staff should do everything for them including fill out addresses and wrap. Gtfoh you literally cause a normal lineup to be a long wait all because you think people are servants for you. I don’t know how the staff deal with it and then on top of it your rude to the staff after.

Extremely slow service, they do not wrap or box things for you but have this TINY table for one person to struggle with it themselves while everyone else waits. Cannot answer questions, tried to get me to not do express shipping. Forgot to charge me $3 for wrapping so called me back to fix his issue.

This Canada Post office can be very busy at times but the staff is very friendly and take the time to explain shipping options and insurance.

I'm so upset. This is what my artwork looks like after passing through Canada Post. I used precautions and wrote do not bend" on it yet this is how my customer receives their piece. Unacceptable

Such a bad customer service. Happened to me two times first they sent my passport to a wrong address instead of the act ual address I gave them.And today also their staff does not know how to talk to customers they are always in a bad mood for some reason specially the old lady works there behave like she is the owner. Doesn’twanna work anytime.‘

This location can be tremendously slow BUT 98% of the time that is the customers fault. People arriving with nothing wrapped, nothing ready to go and expecting the clerk (who is actually a Rexall employee) to pack it for them because they were to lazy. Then they just want to argue and jump up and down when they don't get their way. But that's not the employees job, their job is to accept the packages, collect the money, and tell you about shipping options. The location is clean, bright, and has a friendly face, it's a government operation, that's the best anyone can ask for.
