I have had an amazing experience with Lucia doing fractional laser on my face. Lucia was a pleasure to work with and was warm, experienced, professional, informative, and so patient. I felt at ease from the moment I met her as she walked me through the procedure, allowed time to answer all my questions and ensured that I was comfortable. She provided information for aftercare and let me know that I could reach out if I had any questions. I was aware of the downtime that would be required after the procedure, but for myself it was not as long as I expected. After my first treatment there were minimal results which was told to me prior to beginning. Once I finished healing from my second treatment, I was so happy with how my skin was starting to look. My third treatment was completed a week ago and I cannot believe this is my skin. My acne scars from my teenage years are non-existent. My enlarged pores (which was a major concern) are gone. The amazing thing about this procedure is that true results aren’t seen until about six months after your last procedure so my skin will continue to improve. I never thought my skin would look this great after all the issues I have had. I would highly recommend this treatment if you have had similar issues or would like some resurfacing to have glowing skin.

I love this place. I did my laser peel there. If you go there ask for Lucia! The amount of her knowledge is incredible. She was patient with me and I received the best treatment I could imagine. My acne disappeared finally!

I had laser treatment for snoring. It was very effective. My snoring decreased immensely. I no longer need to use cpap machine. Sleep much better. I also had some keratosis spots removed. Very pleased with results. Thank you Lucia.

Response to your below response.After my review I received numerous phone calls from your business and one from your managers personal cell.When I received a treatment and when I decide to write my review have no relevance to my experience with your services.I spoke with the manager on the phone and went into details about what happened. Your business was aware of my second degree burns as per my original post (I had a full conversation with that rude woman). I was told to come in to have it looked at, and Lucia gave me a cream for it. These details were confirmed during our recent conversation. YOU persistently asked me what can be done to have me remove my review. What other options do expect me to choose aside from a reimbursement?You claim to take your reviews very seriously and pride yourself on “truth” yet your willing to forcefully find a way for me to remove my review or (in your words) write a better one by OFFERING me a refund.You asked me to come in and show you my scarring and would issue me a refund after inspection. I was taking my time to decide wether or not I would be willing to step foot in your establishment. Though after your latest reply, I revert back to my original sentiments of cutting my loss.You can’t buy your way out of honest reviews for the sake of protecting the integrity of your business. While I understand your stance on attempting to do so, these honest reviews are what people need to make an informed decision.I was won over by the 5 stars, i wish there was at least one honest negative review so I could have saved my myself from the extreme pain, discomfort and this disgusting scarring on my Brazilian area, courtesy of your services.I ask that no one from this establishment contact me going forward.

Appreciate work by New Age Medical Clinic, I did laser hair removal treatment and had great experience, I also did fillers and Botox injections I was very impressed with results. Prices are very affordable. Very knowledgeable and professional staff, they focusing on meeting your expectation. Very beautiful clinic. High recommended
