I left a voicemail and sent a text message. And I never got a call back or a reply. Wow, what professional service!!In response to your comment below (four months after I left the original review) - the condo unit I reside in is a client of yours. My superintendent suggested I call you since the building uses your services, but despite my leaving a voicemail and sending a text message - no response whatsoever !!

After noticing a leak coming from the 2nd floor of my house, I contacted immediately Power jet Plumbing to come and check this out because I was certain I had a plumbing problem it is 1 year old home.The staff was extremely responsive to my service call request and arrived at my house within 2 hours. After a thorough inspection, the technicians concluded the problem had nothing to do with my plumbing but instead the leak was coming from my HVAC system. I am very appreciative for the technicians' professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. If I experience any plumbing problem in the future, I would absolutely call power jet plumbing again very honest people's.

Power Jet was fantastic. They quickly came to see what repairs were needed and worked as fast as they could to get new parts and return to fix the issue. They went the extra mile in making an extra trip to get parts, to save several days on my repair job. Best of all, they were very responsive, keeping me in the loop about the repair, progress, and expected timeframes. I especially liked being able to call and text them. Mike was excellent in doing the repair, but I communicated with several people from the company, all of whom were understanding and professional.

Our experience with Russ and Mike from Power Jet was fantastic. They explained the issue and answered all of my questions about the plan to fix it. They were professional and efficient in doing the work required. Would definitely call Power Jet again in the future

I emailed PowerJet based on a recommendation from my property management company. I instantly got a reply and was then contacted by Jordan to schedule the service. The plumbers showed up within a few hours and the problem was resolved. Very reasonable pricing. 10/10 recommend for plumbing needs.

I have received quotes with a few different companies, and they were all looking to charge well over 2K for the job. Power Jet was able to send a plumber out the same day and did the job for just a few hundred dollars. They did an excellent job! I have used them another time since and requested for Jordan as his work and customer service is the best you can get! If you are in need of a reliable and honest plumber call power Jet! Highly recommended! The best thing that I appreciate about Jordan is his honesty and treating his customers with the utmost respect!
