Rarely open and self wash has horrible coin machines as you always have to get coins exchanged with the worker. But friendly staff and good pressure. Expensive for self wash use.

I waed the automatic wash and sustained paint damage. I told the staff about it and was told that they would do nothing about the damage. I found out later that the machine was not celebrated properly but they continued to use anyway. Will not go back, poor way to run a business.

Great wand wash with good soap and hot water; gets all the old dry mud and slime off the truck and leave everything nice and glossy. I'd love to rate this place with 5 stars but they're a wee bit on the pricey side so I'd say 4.5 stars.

If I could give 0 stars I would, used the drive trough car wash and it didn’t dispense any soap. When I brought it up to them they told the vehicle was clean enough and argued with me. So we went and watched the video and it showed no soap was dispensed. They told me my vehicle was clean enough so what’s the big deal. I’ll never go back there

Being a local resident I used to go here lots. I don't know what it is..new owner, ..new employees but it is just not as good as before. Most times the floors are dirty. After leaving the place you get mud in wheelwells cause the bay floors have a thin layer of mud from using a squeegee with no water just mud. The last visit was not bad but visits before they had mud/garbage in a barrel in the corner of each bay. Looked very unclean. Also the lighting is absolutely horrendous. You cant see at the most of times but If it's cool and you get a fog in there forget about seeing anything. Think most of light in place is from the windows in drive in/out doors. LED lights and lots of them are recommended.

They don't let you use your own shammies to help wash your car. Unreal!!

I went into the wand wash and pre washed my wheel wells, tires rims etc.... Then went into automatic wash, got the deluxe wash same as I always do. Auto wash did a very poor job. Asked to speak with owner/manager Jay Choi . I was getting a run around with a bunch of mumbo jumbo on the phone. Asked him to come down and look at my truck. He came from his office upstairs looked at my truck and I asked him if I could get a rewash or credit in the wand wash to wash it properly. He told me NO it's like this....... if you go to McDonalds and get a Big Mac and leave hungry not my fault!!! Told him I would never go back and was going to tell people why.... he then told me to go to the athabasca advocate news paper and tell them. Haha I couldn't believe it, very poor customer service, rude, and poor wash job. NEVER going back!!!

I would give this place negative stars if possible. The owner is rude and confrontational. He actually told me to take my business elsewhere, after I spent 25 bucks washing and vacuuming and was taking too long" detailing my interior...On a Tuesday morning at 10:00am...the entire car wash was empty

I went there first thing in the morning. bays were covered in mud. The old asian man told me it was from big truck . Ok clean it up before opening. next no soap in wash. Asked him to turn up the soap. He said no look little bubbles. No soap!!! Got sick of walking in mud and washing with cold water. Going elsewhere and no to return. I knew it was bad but this was the last time in SS shitbox. 6$ to wet the car down with cold water. No thank .

It’s wash and wax but I don’t think it really has any wax but it’s an okay automatic wash.
