Best place in town for anything Video Game related. Whether you are selling or buying they are as helpful as can be and will always do the best they can. Big thanks to Aidan at the Georgetown location who managed to get a few ancient N64 games of mine to work on the first try after some intense cleaning! Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

Really like Gamehoard. Really good service and a good selection of games. Sometimes a little hit and miss on new titles but they have a great selection of games from every console generation. Aiden is an incredibly helpful guy and always has some good recommendations for me.

love the Georgetown location. Aiden is a pleasure to deal with. Been going there for over 2 years. Always takes care of me and makes sure I’m getting the best prices and value for all my trades. Goes out of his way to track down a copy of whatever game you need. Brampton location is also very good. Thank you guys.

I visit Game Hoard in Brampton and coming to the Georgetown location is like night and day. It has a similar feel and some of the sections are completely disorganized like their other stores. Their selection is mediocre. I didn't find much of anything due to their lack of games before the PS2, Xbox eras.What ruined the experience for me (and why I gave two stars) was the one staff member who opened the store a few minutes late, didn't say hello when I audibly greeted him a few feet away and generally went about his tasks in a perturbed manner. I won't ever waste my gas visiting this location again even if this staff member was having an off day.

This store has that touch of personality that you can never find in big retail stores and the staff have the knowledge well above the average EB games. I highly suggest checking them out because they're collection of both old and new games is incredible. I met Aiden multiple times and have to say he really makes the experience that much better

Great store! It has a really nice selection of games for the new game consoles and the old ones. They also have video game and anime merchandise, like Dragonball Z figures, which I have purchased and they are very good quality. The Staff there is also very nice and helpful especially Aiden who is always very kind and cheerful.

I have quite a few game stores closer to me but I always find myself going out of my way to come here instead. The store has a great selection of new and old games and is always clean and organized! Plus the staff are great!!!Shout out to Aiden who's always super friendly and chill and extremely helpful.

Very poor experience both with products & with customer service. Was sold a used game which did not work in my console. Upon inspection the game was visibly defective. I tried to return the game for a new game & ask to be refunded the difference as they did not carry the same item. Was told that they only provide store credit for defective games which is stated on the receipt. A policy I was only told of after purchase & given the receipt.I spoke with the employee & showed him the visibly defective game who got irritated stating he does not have time to test the games before selling them (even though this one was also visibly defective) & that the return policy is what it is & he can do nothing. I informed him I didn't like his attitude nor the fact I was sold a clearly broken game to which he continued to get more upset stating I, the customer, am wrong in this situation.Selling defective products at a used store witha poor return policy & even poorer customer service. I'll take my business somewhere else only after I use up the refund I'm locked into in a giftcardI also urge you to read the owner responses to other unhappy customers. They are quite unbecoming of a business owner.Update: The problem was not so much with the defective item itself but with the very unprofessional way of dealing with the return. Yelling at me & waving your arms in the air before I even showed you the item to be returned is very rude. I advise taking ownership of your poor customer service instead of attempting to draw attention away from the issue.

This is my all time favourite game store. I’m a regular shopper as I also work in the mall. I can honestly say that when it comes to gaming these guys are absolutely the best! They have all the coolest games both current generations and old school! Aiden and Tyler are really cool, and are always knowledgeable about all different kinds of games. You guys are the best in the business. Period!

Honestly, in my opinion, one of the best game stores in Ontario. If you’re looking for it, chances are they have it.The employee I met, Aidan, is particularly helpful and very polite.Had no issue finding what I was looking for, everything was neatly categorized.If you are looking to start collecting or want to go back to the past, and even delve into new releases, check this place out. Prices are absolutely fair and communication is genuine.10/10.Five stars from me.
