Ara has been working with my carpets for years. Always comes out fantastic, can’t say enough.Hand knotted and also my nylon ones too. Great job guys.

I'm very unhappy with the outcome of my area rug cleaning. I brought in a cream coloured woven wool rug and it came back discoloured and frayed. I'm sure they do a great job for persian rugs as other reviewers has described but I wish they had the foresight to adapt the cleaning procedure to the rug they were dealing with. I flipped my rug over and gave it a tap and SO much dust fell out as if it wasn't cleaned. I don't understand how they could possibly feel comfortable returning a rug in this condition and charging for it. I will not be returning.

We’re always happy with the carpets. They smell fresh and look clean. They do a good job. We use the “lug a rug” service, so there’s no fancy services, but they’ve never ruined or damaged anything and we’ve been going there annually for 7 years. We always vacuum both front and back before we take the rugs to them. The guy who works there is not the warmest service person, but he is very professional.

I have used this company for 10+ years and will always do so. My light cream 8’x10’ Chobi rug comes back beautiful every time. This time was no exception even though the rug took quite a beating from my new puppy. They were even able to fix all the nail snags.There pricing is amazing and services surpass all.

Granville Carpet Cleaning
I was very pleased with the service and with the quality of the cleaning. I have two dogs and one of my rugs ( a red one), had been subjected to puppy accidents, tummy upsets and tracked in sand dust. The rug came back from the cleaners looking like new. They were also very cooperative when I discovered I was going to need my rugs back a bit sooner than I had said. They are definitely my rug cleaners from now on.
