We had never experienced a pipe breaking in our home. Matt and Sam came out and took great care of us. They explained everything they did and put heaters, fans, and dehumidifiers to dry the flooring. They explained what they were doing and why. They stopped back several times to check on us. Also took away all the damaged materials, leaving no mess. We appreciated them very much.

We had water damage in our kitchen and basement. ServiceMaster sent Dylan and Colton out the same day. They worked for several hours, explaining what was being done to mitigate the damage from the water. They returned a few times to check the progress and move machines around to insure everything was dry. We were always contacted in advance to check on our availability. They left everything neat and clean. We highly recommend ServiceMaster, especially Dylan and Colton, if you ever have the need for remediation services!

After our sump pump failed during the heavy rains in late June, our basement flooded and Service Master was able to come the next day and help with the clean up! They worked with us and were very responsive in this time of uncertainty for us.Thank you for your help I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends and family.

My wife and I were completing a basement remodel when we found dormant mold behind some drywall which was extremely concerning since we have an infant in the home . Jared was extremely responsive to my call and went above and beyond to ensure my job was assigned in a timely manner (the next day). The tech, Dylan, was extremely efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions while genuinely making me feel like my family was a priority. I definitely am grateful for the work they’ve done for me and my family and will recommend this company to any of my friends that need service.

Jared was absolutely amazing! From the beginning of the crisis to the end he was always available. He answered all of my questions at all hours of the day. We had a minor accident in our upstairs laundry room that caused water to leak all the way into the basement. Jared came out the next day and took his time evaluating exactly what was needed. He put together a game plan and, once he had explained everything to me and got my approval, he immediately put his plan into action. Within two days we had the issue resolved and everything in our house was dry.Jared treated our house and my family as if we were his own. This is the second time I used ServiceMaster. Jared sent a crew within an hour after Icalled. Dylan and Ben arrived and started immediately with bringing in their equipment. They are friendly, courteous, and professional. They dried out my lower level that had water come in from an outside rain. They were able to save my baseboards and drywall. Dylan & the ServiceMaster team were top notch throughout our water damage related issues!! They were there to clean up, pack up our belongings, determine damage, deal with the insurance company & then unpack our belongings. All along they continued to keep us updated on the process & check in with us. We couldn’t have asked for a better team! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!
