Officer very rude and asked many unreasonable questions! Searched our car for three times while we were kept in the room. Unprofessional. He didn't even know the basic difference between F1 and B1/B2 visa and their corresponding document requirements.

We were helped by three very courteous, polite and knowledgeable officers who processed our case quickly. Facility is bright, well appointed and comfortable. A special shoutout to officer Elliot for all his help.

I had the worst experience here. The officers were so racist and arrogant. They assumed we didn't know English and were spewing comments about us. We got there at around 1am and they did unnecessary searches and integration. They went through all our luggages and bags and trashed most of them. We had three luggages on top of the car and were tied securely, however, they removed then to go through them and did not secure them afterwards and we ended up losing two luggages off the car. The female officer and one of the male officers were very arrogant and did not treat us the proper way. Never going through this border entery again!

If you need knowledge and professionalism go somewhere else. They do not know the rules and come up with their own reason to say no to you then threatening you to approve their ignorance! They can not even look through their own website and give you meaningful result but they find the result they want so you are not allowed to get what you need. Very ignorant and black and white mentality people! No interpretation! No understanding!

Crossed this border from Calgary to New Jersey and I have nothing but praises to everyone. There were around 5 groups/family ahead of us and wait time wasn’t that bad on a Tuesday. All officers were very accommodating with our questions as this was our first time to use this port of entry to the US. Very professional. They even handed out lollipops to the kids in waiting as they were getting quite fussy. Everything went smoothly for us.

I wanted to write a review after seeing many negative ones. I am a hispanic American and didnt experience any racism here. The US and Canada border patrol agents here were the nicest I have ever experienced. Not sure where all these negative comments are coming from, but this station has been the kindest to me compared to other ones I have been to.

I was harassed by three border guards in interrogation, questions repeated over and over and in a rude manner. No reasons given.I understand interrogation to a reasonable extent; However, I am a Canadian citizen who has visited the US in prior and has no criminal record.Upon review of the items in my car after their Search"

I went to the border yesterday for flag polling and it was a great experience. First, I parked the car and walked to US boader. A lady officer checked my passport and asked me to go to `C` section of the building and she was very pleasent and helpful. As per her instructions I walked to that office and one officer called Elliot Cari helped me with the process. He was very polite and said not to be excited. Finally, he gave my passport and came until the exit with me. He showed me the Canadian boarder crossing office and wished me good luck. Secondly, I arrived to the Canadian boader. There were three male officers and all of them were so nice. First, One of them checked my passport and asked why you are here today. Then I explained that I need to get my work permit. He got all the relevant documents from me and said to sit for sometime. After 30 minutes he called my name and asked me to pay the fee for the permit. And again he said please wait for sometime. After about another 30 minutes he called my name and handed over the work permit with my passport. They were so helpful and try their best to support the people who cross the boaders. I parked my car close by Canadian boarder before I go to US boader and I asked their help again to cross when Im done with my work. Im happy to say two officers came out, put the barriers away and allow me to drive through. What I realized yesterday Generousity is the best theraphy for all the people and those Us Officers and three Canadian male officers were so polite & I was blessed to meet all nice officers at US & Canadian boaders.
