Always a great experience, fresh made cheese. I always buy a lot more than i plan, but its so much cheaper than a grocery store so it evens out. My favourite is that the Parmesan can be grated right there. Feels like the old city market. Warm and personable.

It's basically a cheese factory that has an on-site retail storefront as well. Thus, one should not get deterred by lack of aesthetics of the shop. That being said, people make a beeline therein to get a taste of authentic cheese and other ingredients of authentic Italian cuisine. Great food & value for money. Top Quality!

Terrible return policy and customer service. Great cheese but not so good on shelf products. I purchased what I thought was premium olives in their little shop and paid a premium price. Later I asked they take them back as I realized they packaged and charge premium price for what was more like repackaged old expired soft mushy olives. The big Italian lady who sold them to me would not refund with even receipt within hours of purchase and I had to throw them in the garbage. They don't stands behind what they sell.

Best place for cheese in Windsor. A hidden gem for sure. A really good spot to get olive oil too. If you're ever trying to make a Windsor style pizza at home then Galati cheese is a key ingredient!The attendant is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are quite reasonable when compared to grocery store cheeses. There are lots of parking spots too.

Stopped in for some.fresh cheese and pasta. The staff were kind enough to let my wife sample a cheese or two. We will definately return here when we are in town.
