Had key cut & told to keep receipt & bring back if didn’t fit, brought key back WITH receipt, cut key didn’t match original key & refund was refused! Disappointing & dishonourable service.

Resoled my walking boots. The leather uppers were moulded to my feet and I wanted to keep my old boots, now they're even better than the original and easily extended the life of my boots by 2 or 3 years and a lot cheaper than buying new boots.Also a friendly and helpful service that offered me a couple of solutions.Very satisfied.

I went into Fast Fix today with a pair of brogues that the leather had worn on the sole. The member of staff advised me that there was plenty of wear in them yet rather than just charging me £35 to replace the sole anyway. I thought it was genuinely honest and helpful which means they will now get my business instead of timpsons.
