I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. But it was the only way I could leave a review. I mailed them my deposit for my service. They cashed the check as soon as they got it. This was last year. They never showed up. I called over 7 times. Each time I was told we will be there this week. Then next week. And so on. . Never showed. I called one more time in October and asked what was going on? I was told we will be there this week. Again. No show. I called again and asked to speak to the owner. The secretary told me she emailed him several times and he would get back to me. I’ve yet to get a call. They cashed my $500 check. And have no plans on calling me. Or starting let alone completing my service. They have not returned my money. And the owner refuses to return my calls. Stay away from this company. So very disappointed in them. A simple phone call could have resolved this situation.

We contracted this company to do a 1,000.00 job in March of 2019, they never even started it, keep using the weather as an excuse, I guess the weather was bad for 9 months.... now they wont return calls , emails or txt messages, next our lawyer will be involved ... very dissatisfied.

Installed 27 trees for $5100 plus tax in summer 21. Told me they messed up and gave me pre pandemic pricing and couldn’t warranty. I could either get my deposit back and walk, pay for the warranty $70 per tree, or agree. I agreed. 6 trees died by the fall. Asked if could replace 2 out of the 6 and I’ll eat 4. Owner said no. I’m out $1,100.I asked for help with 2 trees.On site crew for installation was great. Willingness to meet a customer 1/3 of the way, was not.

Was driving down 93 and this plow company came speeding out (backing out) of Dunkin’ Donuts driveway. I honked 3 times they did not stop I had to drive on to the other side of the road thank god no cars were coming or this would’ve been a nice accident.

Terrible service- do not give them business. They did a terrible job on my 102 year old grandmas hedges. When my mother called them back to ask them to come back to fix it- the manager yelled at her and bullied her into paying it. Terrible! I wouldn’t even give this 1 star.

1 did not even what to give this company one star . I had to so I could write a review. I had sent a check for $158. In January to get on a list to have landscaping done. Now it's August I have not heard from them. I tryed calling and never heard nothing back. I hired someone else. I called to get my deposit back twice I was told the check was in the mail. Left a voice mail at lease once a week heard nothing. Please do not hire this company to do any work for you.

We contracted Bailey Brothers for snow removal 459.00 for the season. They only did half of the driveway and I had to shovel the other half of the driveway. They never showed today at all and we had about 8

The boys do a good job real caring and leave there jobs sites looking great.

Ran into this company while they were working at a gas station in Lockport around 8pm. Saw them finish cutting, and they do clean up of the area. Very friendly and hard working. Was a pleasure to talk to them for a few min.

I wish I could give them '0' stars. They charged me $450 promising to plow, shovel, etc. They left 2'-0 of snow in front of my garage 6'-0" out. Plowed in my side entry door and my sidewalk leading up to my front porch. All these items were agreed upon
